Abstract
Description
My invention relates to a process, based on a plant edible, to transform harmful tobacco for smokers into tobacco without nicotine. Nicotine is one of the most poisonous violent. It also contains several harmful substances. Its antidote is tannin, which forms a soluble compound.
We will use an infusion as a poison concentrated Chinese tea which acts by tannic acid that this substance contains. According to the wish, one can obtain 25%, 50% and even 100% reduction in nicotine levels while preserving the tobacco thus treated by my process all its aromatic benefits.
My nicotine-free tobacco is safe and may work for cigarettes, cigarillos, pipes and scaferlatis.
You can add water-insoluble pigments such as than yellow ocher and ivory black, etc.
Mon procédé est simple, rapide et efficace. My process is simple, quick and efficient.
According to the present patent, this process consists in treating the tobacco through this infusion to make it harmless.
Bathing the infusion is an antidote to nicotine.
The level of nicotine will be almost zero if we leave the tobacco 60 seconds in the infusion bath and if it is press, after brewing, thoroughly.
Tobacco juice, black and thick, can be marketed as a parasiticide because it contains a high proportion of nicotine. My invention would eradicate cancers from lungs of present and future smokers.
My antidote is a vegetable and edible product.
The degree of purification depends on the dose of tea, the bath duration and bath temperature, but also pressure on tobacco after treatment.
If the tobacco is processed for a minute, and it has been fully squeezed, it will contain less nicotine than if it has soaked 30 seconds and half pressed.
Claims (1)
RESULTATS APRES 30 SECONDES D'INFUSION.
My method, explained above, is the only one applicable to obtain a good result and that, moreover, the processing of leaf tobacco is not excluded, but that it takes a little practice and equipment. Cut tobacco requires less labor. Two men are enough to handle the tobacco after roasting, to apply my treatment, then dry this treated tobacco in a heated room for maximum 24 hours, and package it right after.
Tobacco thus treated is a little sweeter and it retains all its taste and color.
Between leaf tobacco and cut tobacco, there is a big difference, it's true, but, with a little experience you can get wonderful results because it does not lose these qualities, and, above all, it doesn’t is more harmful. It remains both in its "natural" but purified state. Practice is everything. Equipment, materials and time are the three main elements of success. My process was studied at length and my numerous researches and tests taught me that I could not deviate from the data and measurements that I discovered on cut tobacco.
During my research, the following results, carried out on cut tobacco "X", were found:
Original tobacco, untreated.
EXAMPLE OF TREATMENT.
We enclose the tobacco in a cotton canvas and put everything in a tank. The infusion is poured on the cut tobacco for 30 to 60 seconds depending on the degree of purification desired. The canvas containing the tobacco is then removed to pass it to the press.
The degree of nicotine remaining in the tobacco can be varied according to the treatment conditions, its duration, but also by the amount of pressing.
RESULTS AFTER 30 SECONDS OF INFUSION.
Original tobacco, untreated.
This process applies to all types of tobacco; blond, black, for cigarettes, for cigarillos for the pipe as on cut tobacco and scaferlatis.
The invention is not limited to the details above, to the figures and doses indicated, since many modifications can be provided without departing from the scope of this patent. Process for purifying the tobacco obtained as described above.
