Suitable sunscreening agents include octyl methoxycinnamate, oxybenzone, amino benzoic acid, Cinoxate, DEA-methoxycinnamate, Digalloyl, Dioxybenzene, Padimate O, Ethyl dihydroxypropyl p-aminobenzoate, octyl salicylate, glyceryl aminobenzoate, Homosalate, Urocanic acid, isopropylbenzyl salicylate, menthyl anthranilate, octocrylene, Sulisbenzone and its sodium salt and triethanolamine salicylate.

  • Each sunscreening agent is preferably incorporated in the composition in an amount of 3-10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.
  • Dispersions may be formed temporarily through agitation of the two immiscible liquids, however, resolution of the emulsion is usually rapid and complete unless a stabilising additive or emulsifier is used.
  • Emulsions usually consist of water or an aqueous solution as one immiscible phase and some organic liquid, or "oil", as the other phase.

Abstract

Cette composition combinant un écran solaire et un insectifuge comprend deux émulsifiants représentant au total 3 à 9 % en poids du poids de la composition. Cette composition comprend, de préférence, du dioxyde de titane en tant que composé minéral et du N,N-diéthyl-m-toluamide, et du pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylate de dipropyle, en tant qu'insectifuges. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de cette composition d'écran solaire. Cette composition, comprenant au moins un insectifuge ainsi qu'au moins un écran solaire, se présente sous la forme d'une émulsion possédant une phase huile et une phase eau ; le procédé de fabrication de la composition consistant à préparer la phase huile et la phase eau, à combiner ensuite ces phases afin de former une émulsion, puis à ajouter à cette émulsion au moins un composé minéral, en tant qu'écran solaire.
