Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß auf dem einen Förderweg

unterteilt werden, und daß die Filterstopfen der beiden Filterkomponenten nacheinander
zwischen die Tabakstäbe eingefügt werden.
Die Erfindung umfaßt eine Verfahrensweise, bei der zunächst ein doppeltlanger
Filterstopfen zentral zwischen zwei beabstandete Tabakstäbe unter Freilassung
jeweils einer Lücke zu den benachbarten Tabakstäben eingefügt wird, in die nachträglich
paarweise Einzelfilterstopfen eingelegt werden. Eine bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße
Variante besteht hingegen darin, daß zunächst die Paare von Einzelfilterstopfen
und anschließend die doppeltlangen Filterstopfen zwischen die
Tabakstäbe eingefügt werden, wobei nach einem weiteren Vorschlag die Einzelfilterstopfen
in einer an die Tabakstäbe angrenzenden Lage und die doppeltlangen
Filterstopfen in eine zentrale Lücke zwischen den Einzelfilterstopfen eingefügt
werden. Dies ist besonders vorteilhaft für Filterkomponenten die während ihrer
Handhabung Partikel absondern, so daß deren Ersteinfügung zwischen die Tabakstäbe
den nachfolgenden sensiblen Bereich der Maschineneinheit, in der eine
Beleimung und Umwicklung der Artikelkomponenten erfolgt, verschmutzungsfrei
und damit langfristig funktionsfähig betrieben werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemäße Verfahrensweise wird gemäß einer Weiterbildung noch
dadurch optimiert, daß die Einzelfilterstopfen aus Filterstäben von zwölffacher
Gebrauchslänge und die doppeltlangen Filterstopfen aus Filterstäben von sechsfacher

sowie zur längsaxialen Spreizung und queraxialen Abstandsvergrößerung
zum Einfügen der Einzelfilterstopfen zwischen die Tabakstäbe, und daß der
andere Förderweg durch sechs Fördertrommeln gebildet ist, zur zweifachen Unterteilung
von aus dem anderen separaten Vorrat entnommenen Filterstäben von
zwölffacher Gebrauchslänge, zur Staffelung, queraxialen Hintereinanderreihung
und Unterteilung der erhaltenen Filterstäbe vierfacher Gebrauchslänge, sowie zur
Staffelung, queraxialen Hintereinanderreihung und queraxialen Abstandsvergrößerung
zum Einfügen der erhaltenen Filterstäbe doppelter Gebrauchslänge zwischen
die Tabakstäbe.
Zum Zusammenfügen der getrennt zugeführten Filterstopfen und der auf einem
dritten Weg zugeführten Tabakstäbe wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, daß der durch
fünf Fördertrommeln gebildete Förderweg für die eine Filterkomponente - bezogen
auf die Förderrichtung der Tabakstäbe entlang eines durch aneinandergereihte
Fördertrommeln gebildeten Förderweges - stromauf über eine Zusammenstelltrommel
mit dem Förderweg der Tabakstäbe in Wirkverbindung steht, und daß der durch
sechs Fördertrommeln gebildete Förderweg für die andere Filterkomponente stromab
über eine Zusammenstelltrommel mit dem Förderweg der Tabakstäbe in Wirkverbindung
