Die Stirnseite der Seitenteile kann auch durch einen Flansch verbreitert sein. Die beiden oberen Stirnteilelemente können somit unabhängig von dem unteren Stirnteilelement von dem Schneidwerksrahmen, ohne diesen destabilisieren oder dejustieren zu müssen, entfernt werden. Die Aufnahme der Lager zwischen den beiden Stirnteilelementen hat auch zur Folge, daß bereits nach einem Entfernen der oberen Stimteilelemente die zumindest eine Schneidwerkswelle ohne weiteres aus dem Schneidwerksrahmen herausgehoben werden kann. Die Möglichkeit des Entfernens der oberen Stirnteilelemente des Schneidwerksrahmens gestattet ebenfalls eine besonders gute stirnseitige Zugänglichkeit des Schneidwerkrahmens, insbesondere der unteren Lagerteile, wenn die zumindest eine Schneidwelle ausgebaut ist. Bei dem in Figur 5 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Lager der Schneidwellen 9, 10 im Gegensatz zu dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Figuren 1 bis 4 nicht durch entsprechende Halteringe auf der Außenseite der Stirnteile 5, 6 befestigt. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Lager durch eine Klemmung zwischen den beiden Stirnteilelementen 7a, 8a eines jeden Stirnteils gehalten, wobei lediglich ein Stirnteil 6a gezeigt ist. Zu diesem Zweck weist die durch die aneinandergrenzenden Stirnteilelemente 7a, 8a gebildete Lageraufnahme 17 eine umlaufende Nut 18 (in Figur 5 gestrichelt dargestellt), in die ein umfänglich von einem Lager abragender Steg eingreift. Der Steg der Lager weist eine leichte Fase auf, um die Klemmwirkung des Steges innerhalb der umlaufenden Nut 18 zu begünstigen.

Selbst bei demontierten oberen Jochplatten 8 bzw. 8a bleibt der Schneidwerksrahmen 2 in seiner eingerichteten und justierten Anordnung, da durch die unteren Jochplatten 7, 7' bzw. 7a im Gegensatz zum vorbekannten Stand der Technik der Schneidwerksrahmen 2 diesbezüglich insgesamt nicht verändert wird. Claims (7)

  1. Comminuting machine having at least one motor-driven cutter shaft (9) mounted in a stiffened cutting tool frame (2) and bearing a large number of cutting discs (5) which cooperate with a further tool (10) to comminute goods, the frame (2) comprising essentially two opposite side sections (3, 4) which extend parallel to the cutter shaft (9) and two end sections (5, 6, 6a) which connect the side sections (3, 4) to one another, characterised in that
    - the end sections (5, 6, 6a) are configured divided and comprise an upper end section element (8, 8a) and a lower end section element (7, 7', 7a),
    - the bearings (L) of the at least one cutter shaft (9) are held by the end sections (5, 6, 6a), respectively one bearing (L) being enclosed by the two end section elements (7, 7', 8; 7a, 8a) of an end section (5, 6, 6a), and
    - the upper end section element (8, 8a) of each end face (5, 6, 6a) being secured in a detachable manner to the end faces (ST) of the adjacent side sections (3, 4) by securing means (BS) which engage on the end face in respect of the adjacent side sections, so that for removing the at least one cutter shaft (9) from the cutting tool frame (2), the upper end section elements (8, 8a) can be dismantled from the frame, without misalignment of the frame (2).
  2. Comminuting machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the end section elements are configured as yoke plates (7, 7', 8, 7a, 8a).
  3. Comminuting machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the upper end section element (8, 8a) is screwed, if necessary also pinned, to the adjacent side sections (3, 4).
  4. Comminuting machine according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the lower end section element (7, 7', 7a) is screwed to the adjacent side sections (3, 4) on the end face.
  5. Comminuting machine according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the upper end section element (8) is additionally screwed to the lower end section element (7, 7').
  6. Comminuting machine according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the bearings (L) of the at least one cutter shaft (9) are fixed between the two end section elements (7a, 8a) by a clamp.
  7. Comminuting machine according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that wearing protection plates (11, 12) are secured to the end section elements (7, 7', 8), said plates being disposed on the inner side, divided into two and comprising a base plate (13) and a hard-steel cover plate (14) disposed in front of said base plate.
