Abstract

The grinder comprises a grinding rotor (1) extending inside a casing (3) formed from four parallel side walls (4,5) mounted on a chassis (6). The rotor extends through an end side wall (5) to the outside of the casing and is carried by an external bearing (7) mounted on the chassis. A rigid connector (8), extending between each bearing and the casing and on top of the rotor is fixed to the top of the external bearing and the casing. The connector comprise a rigid horizontal connecting plate (9). The plate rests and is fixed on an upper horizontal face of the bearing. The upper horizontal edge of the lateral wall (5) is at a level with the upper face of the bearing and the connecting plate rests on this upper horizontal edge. The connectors are rigidly fixed to the end lateral wall which is passed through by the rotors.
