Claims (19)
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture, notamment pour contenant à paroi souple, comportant un embout tubulaire en matériau déformable et convenant à être rendu solidaire du contenant par une extrémité et présentant à l'autre extrémité deux lèvres parallèles déterminant une fente rectiligne. de déversement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un guide tubulaire rigide (1, 50) associé à l'embout (3, 3') et des moyens pour fixer rigidement et de manière amovible le guide et l'embout l'un à l'autre par leurs bases, ledit guide tubulaire comportant des moyens agencés pour coopérer avec l'embout pour forcer les lèvres de la fente dans des positions écartées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lèvres de l'embout sont scellées de façon que le contenant soit parfaitement étanche avant la première ouverture de l'embout.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le guide tubulaire comporte une partie inférieure (60) destinée à pouvoir être fixée sur l'embase de l'embout et une partie supérieure (61) pouvant être mise en rotation par rapport à la partie inférieure (60), la dite partie supérieur (61) étant munie à son extrémité supérieure d'une partie en forme de couvercle (62) dans laquelle est découpée une ouverture (63) destinée au passage de l'extrémité supérieure de l'embout, la déchirure et/ou l'écartement des lèvres de l'embout s'obtenant par la rotation de la partie supérieure (61).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un couvercle pivotant sur le guide tubulaire et coopérant en position ouverte avec la paroi de l'embout pour forcer les lèvres de la fente dans une position écartée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le guide tubulaire (1) et le couvercle basculant (2) comportent des moyens (8, 9) pour assurer le pivotement du couvercle et des organes (10) agencés pour constituer trois positions privilégiées du couvercle, à savoir une position de fermeture, une position d'ouverture à 180° par rapport à la position de fermeture et une position intermédiaire à 90° permettant la mise en place du guide tubulaire sur l'embout.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle présente d'un côté de son axe de pivotement et dans sa face se rabattant sur le guide en position de fermeture, une cavité dont les bords s'engagent sur les lèvres de l'embout de manière à les maintenir en position fermée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le guide présente deux ailes latérales parallèles munies de moyens de pivotement et le couvercle présente entre ses deux extrémités des moyens de pivotement complémentaires de ceux des ailes, qui coopèrent avec ceux-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le guide présente une échancrure entre les dites ailes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle présente, à son extrémité située au delà des moyens de pivotement, une surface en forme de came qui au moment de la rotation d'ouverture vient en contact avec la paroi de l'embout au voisinage d'une extrémité des lèvres et force ces dernières en position d'écartement en les maintenant dans cette position.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation du guide tubulaire à l'embout sont des moyens de vissage, de clipsage, d'engagement à cran, de chassage, ou de fixation à baïonnette.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les dits moyens de fixation sont agencés pour monter l'ensemble contenant-embout et guide tubulaire sur un support rigide ou à pince, recouvrant les parois souples du contenant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout présente à sa base une forme facilitant sa liaison au contenant par soudage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément auxiliaire est rattaché à l'embout de manière à se trouver à l'intérieur du contenant, cet élément auxiliaire étant un segment de tube coudé formant siphon, avec ou sans membrane de retenue du liquide dans le contenant, un tube plongeant dans le liquide, une membrane intérieure fonctionnant en soupape.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout comporte sur sa surface extérieure au moins deux nervures latérales.
- Contenant à paroi souple, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à un dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Embout tubulaire en matière déformable pour le dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte à sa base des moyens destinés à coopérer avec des moyens correspondants de l'embout pour fixer rigidement et de manière amovible le guide et l'embout l'un à l'autre par leurs bases et en ce qu'il comporte des nervures (71, 71') sur ses faces principales, disposées perpendiculairement à la direction de la fente de l'embout.
