La présente invention a donc pour objet un dispositif de sécurité pour échelle permettant de stabiliser celle-ci en la rendant solidaire des structures d'échafaudage, comportant trois éléments solidaires entre eux :

  • un acceptant d'échelle 1 ouvert au moins sur trois de ses faces susceptibles de coulisser le long d'un montant de l'échelle 12 et de se fixer en un endroit approprié de celui-ci ;
  • un tube cylindrique 6 astreint à pivoter autour de l'axe d'une vis papillon 2 de l'acceptant d'échelle,
  • un attaché de structure 3 fixé au dit tube 6, délimitant entre ses parois latérales un espace permettant d'insérer un élément 10 tubulaire ou rectangulaire de l'échafaudage,
   caractérisé en ce que la vis papillon 2 supportant le tube cylindrique 6 se prolonge à travers la paroi de l'acceptant d'échelle en traversant un écrou 5 servant à bloquer manuellement le montant de l'échelle par pression entre les parois de l'acceptant d'échelle et l'extrémité de la vis papillon 2, et en ce que l'attaché de structure 3 est muni de deux fentes différentes aux extrémités de ses faces opposées dont l'une est fermée et englobe la tête 15 de vis 4 quelles que soient les positions de cette dernière tandis que l'autre fente est ouverte et l'autre face est maintenue en position fermée par le serrage de l'écrou papillon 7, retenant ainsi un élément tubulaire 10 ou rectangulaire de l'échafaudage entre les deux décrochés d'angle 9 de l'attaché de structure.The present invention therefore relates to a safety device for a ladder making it possible to stabilize it by making it integral with the scaffolding structures, comprising three elements integral with each other:

Claims (2)

  1. Safety device for ladder to stabilize the ladder to fix it to scaffolding structures, comprising three elements attached to each other:
    a ladder bracket (1) open on at least three of its sides that can slide along the upright of the ladder (12) and can be fixed at an appropriate location on the ladder;
    a cylindrical tube (6) forced to pivot around the stem of butterfly screw (2) on the ladder bracket;
    a structural fastener (3) fixed to the said tube (6), delimiting a space between its side walls in which a tubular or rectangular element (10) of the scaffolding can be inserted,
    characterized in that the butterfly screw (2) supporting the cylindrical tube (6) extends through the side wall of the ladder bracket passing through a nut (5) used to manually block the upright of the ladder by pressure between the side walls of the ladder bracket and the end of the butterfly screw (2) and in that the structure fastener (3) is provided with two different slots at the ends of its opposite faces, one of which is closed and surrounds the head (15) of the screw (4) regardless of the positions of the screw, whereas the other slot is open and other face is held in the closed position by tightening the butterfly nut (7), thus retaining a tubular or rectangular element (10) of the scaffolding between the two legs (9) of the structural fastener.
