Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé destinés à empêcher des enlèvements en double dans un système de séparation individuelle d'objets plats, tels que lettres, cartes, documents et analogue, dans lequel il est prévu, sur un côté du parcours, au moins une bande d'enlèvement, tournant dans le sens du déplacement, en entraînant par friction les objets plats et, sur l'autre côté, en vue de retenir un excès d'objets enlevés, au moins un séparateur en forme générale de patin (1), monté mobile par rapport au plan des objets plats, au moyen d'un bras de guidage (11) et exerçant une force de réglage par pression sur lesdits objets. Conformément à l'invention, afin que lesdits objets soient moins sollicités, lors d'un processus d'enlèvement, par une force de retenue variable et limitée dans le temps, il est prévu des canaux (2) ménagés dans le séparateur et s'étendant jusqu'à la surface de travail en contact avec les objets plats. Ces canaux sont reliés à une pompe à vide. Le vide produit par la pompe est réglable et peut être aussi bien appliqué que supprimé. Conformément à un procédé approprié, la pompe à vide n'est opérationnelle que lorsque le système d'enlèvement fonctionne.
