Since the depth of the cranking of the struts which can be seen in FIG. 3 determines the extent of the shortening of the distance between the two brackets 10, 12, an intraoperative adaptation to the respective conditions can take place.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un anneau de reconstruction des valvules mitrales. Cet anneau est composé de deux arceaux (10, 12) reliés par deux segments (14, 16). Les segments (14, 16) sont réalisés dans un matériau autorisant leur coudage et donc une réduction de leur longueur.
