Claims (7)
- Un dispositif de bouchage d'une bouteille, comportant essentiellement un manchon (3) extérieur et un tube (6) intérieur cylindrique creux, ces deux éléments étant coaxiaux et solidarisés à leur sommet par une cloison (7) commune coiffant le goulot de la bouteille (1),la surface intérieure du manchon étant appliquée contre la surface extérieure de la paroi du col (2) de la bouteille et la surface extérieure du tube étant appliquée contre la surface intérieure de cette même paroi, dispositif caractérisé en ce que le tube emprisonne un bouchon (8) dans le volume intérieur qu'il définit,le bouchon dépassant du tube en direction axiale de manière à venir s'appliquer de façon étanche contre la surface intérieure de la paroi du col,les dimensions radiales et axiales de la partie dépassante (10) et de la partie emprisonnée (9) du bouchon et du tube, ainsi que leurs coefficients de frottement respectifs par rapport à la paroi intérieure du col, étant choisis tels qu'un effort combiné de traction et de rotation exercé sur le manchon par prise en main de ce dernier et transmis au tube provoque un entraínement corrélatif en traction et en rotation du bouchon dans le col, bouchon et tube demeurant essentiellement solidaires dans ce mouvement.
- Le dispositif de la revendication 1, dans lequel le bouchon est un bouchon en liège ou en aggloméré de liège.
- Le dispositif de la revendication 2, dans lequel le matériau et les dimensions du bouchon sont choisis de manière que l'expansion naturelle de la partie dépassante après retrait du bouchon empêche la remise en place de ce dernier dans le goulot.
- Le dispositif de la revendication 1, dans lequel le tube et le manchon sont en une matière plastique, notamment une matière plastique recyclable telle qu'un PVC recyclable.
- Le dispositif de la revendication 1, dans lequel la cloison est ouverte en partie centrale de manière à permettre l'insertion à force du bouchon par le haut sur une bouteille préalablement pourvue d'un dispositif sans son bouchon.
- Le dispositif de la revendication 1, dans lequel le tube, le manchon et leur cloison commune constituent un ensemble monobloc.
- Le dispositif de la revendication 1, dans lequel le manchon comporte une amorce de rupture (5) périphérique entre une partie supérieure solidaire du manchon et une jupe (4) inférieure allongée recouvrant le col de la bouteille.
