Claims (11)
- Procédé pour fabriquer un assemblage de tubes, selon lequel des pièces à usiner tubulaires (101, 108), à savoir un raccord à usiner (101) et une extrémité de tube (108) sont chaque fois assemblés par déformation plastique dans la direction radiale au moyen d'un outil de moulage par compression (91, 92) comprenant plus de deux mâchoires de compression (94, 95, 110, 111) lesquelles sont reliées entre elles de façon articulée en formant une matrice (93, 109) et peuvent être déplacées essentiellement radialement vers l'intérieur au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (103), sachant que la matrice (93, 109) munie des mâchoires (94, 95, 110, 111) est posée autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108) pour le processus de compression, puis est fermée, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une matrice (93, 109) qui, une fois posée autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108), ne les entoure tout d'abord pas complètement, et en ce que la compression et la déformation plastique sont provoquées en fermant la matrice (93, 109) au moyen du (des) dispositif(s) de commande (103).
- Combinaison d'un outil de moulage par compression (91, 92), d'une part, et d'un raccord à usiner (101) et d'une extrémité de tube (108) en tant que pièces à usiner (101, 108), d'autre part, pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant plus de deux mâchoires de compression (94, 95, 110, 111) lesquelles sont reliées entre elles de façon articulée en formant une matrice (93, 109) et peuvent être déplacées essentiellement radialement vers l'intérieur au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (103), sachant que la matrice (93, 109) est posée autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108) pour le processus de compression, puis peut être fermée, caractérisée en ce que la géométrie de la matrice (93, 109) et celle des pièces à usiner (101, 108) sont coordonnées de telle manière que, d'une part, la matrice (93, 109), une fois posée autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108), ne les entoure pas complètement et que, d'autre part, la fermeture de la matrice (93, 109) provoque une compression avec déformation plastique, et en ce que le dispositif de commande (103) qui est au moins prévu est réalisé de telle manière qu'il permet de faire passer la matrice (93, 109) de la position consécutive à la pose autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108) à la position de fermeture.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une partie des mâchoires (94, 95 ; 111) est guidée dans des supports de mâchoires (97 ; 113) de façon à être mobile par rapport à ceux-ci.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que sont prévus pour les mâchoires mobiles (95 ; 111) des dispositifs de guidage tels que leurs intervalles frontaux sont égaux au début du processus de compression.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de guidages présentent une coulisse.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de guidage comportent un dispositif faisant ressort (98 ; 115 à 117) dirigé vers des butées.

- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le(s) dispositif(s) de commande (103) peut (peuvent) être séparé(s) de la matrice (93, 109), et en ce que le(s) dispositif(s) de commande (103) et la matrice (93, 109) présentent des éléments d'accouplement (102, 105, 118) permettant de les mettre mutuellement en liaison active.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la matrice (93) présente au moins une bande de traction (97) appliquée au moins sur les mâchoires mobiles (95), qui permet(tent) de rapprocher les mâchoires (94, 95).
- Combinaison selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que deux bandes de traction (97) sont prévues, qui peuvent être resserrées dans la zone des extrémités libres de la matrice (93).
