Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un assemblage de tubes, selon lequel des pièces à usiner tubulaires (101, 108), à savoir un raccord à usiner (101) et une extrémité de tube (108) sont chaque fois assemblés par déformation plastique dans la direction radiale au moyen d'un outil de moulage par compression (91, 92) comprenant plus de deux mâchoires de compression (94, 95, 110, 111) lesquelles sont reliées entre elles de façon articulée en formant une matrice (93, 109) et peuvent être déplacées essentiellement radialement vers l'intérieur au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (103), sachant que la matrice (93, 109) munie des mâchoires (94, 95, 110, 111) est posée autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108) pour le processus de compression, puis est fermée, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une matrice (93, 109) qui, une fois posée autour des pièces à usiner (101, 108), ne les entoure tout d'abord pas complètement, et en ce que la compression et la déformation plastique sont provoquées en fermant la matrice (93, 109) au moyen du (des) dispositif(s) de commande (103).
  2.
