Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de confection d'emballages, en particulier d'emballages en feuille pour mouchoirs en papier, comportant un moyen d'ouverture présentant une bandelette adhésive (47) ou une étiquette adhésive (40) placée extérieurement, et une extrémité de préhension sans adhésif (43, 50) prévue sur la bandelette adhésive (47) ou l'étiquette adhésive (40), ces dernières étant détachées d'une bande de matériau (57) présentant de préférence une couche d'adhésif sur une face et amenées à l'emballage conjointement avec l'extrémité de préhension (43, 50), et la bande de matériau (57) étant, pour la formation de l'extrémité de préhension sans adhésif (43, 50), pourvue sur un bord sur sa face revêtue d'adhésif d'une bandelette continue de couverture qui est aussi tranchée lors de la formation des étiquettes adhésives ou des bandelettes adhésives, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la bande de matériau (57) est de largeur double, c'est-à-dire que sa largeur correspond au moins à la dimension de deux bandelettes adhésives (47) ou étiquettes adhésives (40) situées l'une à côté de l'autre, et est, pendant le transport, tranchée de façon continue en son milieu longitudinal avec formation de deux bandes partielles (77, 78),
    b) les bandelettes adhésives (47) ou étiquettes adhésives (40) individuelles sont détachées par paires des bandes partielles (77, 78) et amenées en même temps aux emballages (51) se faisant face en position correcte par paires et amenés en deux files et appliquées en même temps sur ceux-ci,
    c) pour la formation des extrémités de préhension sans adhésif (43, 50), la bande de matériau (57) est pourvue sur ses deux bords d'un bandelette continue de couverture (bandelettes partielles 73, 74).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les emballages (51) sur lesquels viennent s'appliquer les étiquettes (40) ou les bandelettes (47) ont leurs parois frontales (24) ou leurs parois latérales (44) en regard.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que les bandelettes de couverture (bandelettes partielles 73, 74) pour la formation des extrémités de préhension (43, 50) sont formées par coupe au milieu d'une bandelette de matériau de largeur double (70) et ensuite mises par divergence dans une position relative nécessaire pour leur application sur les zones de bord de la bande de matériau (57).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'en cas d'amenée sur deux voies des emballages (51), on fait tourner les emballages d'une file (53) de 180° de façon que les parois frontales (27) des emballages des files (52, 53) voisins soient en regard.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que pour l'application de bandelettes adhésives (47) dans la zone de la paroi avant (22) et de la paroi latérale (44), on fait touner les emballages (51) amenés en deux files (52, 53) de 90° dans chacune de celles-ci de façon que leurs parois latérales (44) soient en regard.
  6. Dispositif pour la production d'étiquettes adhésives (40) ou de bandelettes adhésives (47) et l'application de celles-ci sur un emballage, en particulier un emballage en feuille pour mouchoirs en papier, de préférence pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les emballages (51) sont amenés à un poste à étiquettes (54) pour l'application des étiquettes adhésives (40) ou des bandelettes adhésives (47), en outre, les étiquettes adhésives (40) ou les bandelettes adhésives (47), après détachement d'une bande de matériau (57) ayant de préférence une couche d'adhésif sur une face, sont transférées à la face supérieure ou la paroi avant (22) des emballages (51), et pour la production d'extrémités de préhension sans adhésif (43, 50) sur les étiquettes adhésives (40) ou les bandelettes adhésives (47), une bandelette de matériau sans adhésif (70) est amenée à la bande de matériau (57), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un rouleau de transfert (61) transfère les deux étiquettes adhésives (40) ou bandelettes adhésives (47) en même temps aux emballages après détachement de celles-ci de la bande de matériau de largeur double dimensionnée en conséquence (57),
    b) un premier couteau (67) placé avant le rouleau de transfert (61) qui tranche la bande de matériau (57) en son milieu longitudinal en deux bandes partielles (77, 78) avant son amenée au rouleau de transfert (61),
    c) des moyens d'amenée de la bandelette de matériau (70) de largeur double et un deuxième couteau (72) pour le tranchage de celle-ci en son milieu longitudinal avec formation de bandelettes partielles (73, 74) pour la production des extrémités de préhension sans adhésif (43, 50),
    d) des moyens qui amènent les bandelettes partielles (73, 74) à distance l'une de l'autre aux bords de la bande de matériau (57) et les unissent à la face de celle-ci présentant la couche d'adhésif,
    e) des moyens qui amènent les bandes partielles (77, 78) avec les bandelettes partielles (73, 74) et à distance l'une de l'autre au pourtour du rouleau de transfert (61).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par un cylindre de coupe (62, 81) coopérant avec le rouleau de transfert (61) pour le détachement des étiquettes adhésives (40) ou des bandelettes adhésives (47) de la bande de matériau (57) ou des bandes partielles (77, 78).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendication 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone entre les files d'emballages (52, 53) est placé au moins un organe plieur (disque plieur 67) pour le rabattement des parties dépassant des emballages (51) des étiquettes adhésives (40) ou des bandelettes adhésives (47), en particulier des raccords (42) ou des branches (48).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les bandelettes partielles (73, 74) sont transportées et amenées à la bande de matériau (57), plus précisément aux bords de celle-ci, à distance l'une de l'autre par appui sur le pourtour d'un rouleau de renvoi (75).
