  • Wrapping Of Specific Fragile Articles (AREA)

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'emballages pour cigarettes, l'emballage étant formé d'au moins deux flans séparés (14, 33) qui sont introduits dans une poche (40) d'une plieuse rotative, avec pliage, au moins partiel, des flans (14, 33). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que les flans (14, 33) sont fixés entre eux avant l'introduction dans la poche (40) de la plieuse rotative. Ceci s'effectue de préférence par collage. Lors de la fabrication d'emballage du type boîte à couvercle rabattable comprenant une partie boîte (10) et un couvercle (12) monté pivotant sur la boîte, et un col disposé dans la partie boîte (10), un flan (14) d'emballage pour la partie boîte (10) et le couvercle (12), ainsi qu'un flan (33) séparé pour le col, sont introduits conjointement dans une poche (40) d'une plieuse rotative, cependant que lors du pliage, au moins partiel, du flan (14) d'emballage et du flan (33) du col, le flan (33) du col est fixé au flan (14) d'emballage, avant l'introduction dans la poche (40) de la plieuse rotative.
