letzte Scheibe von einem Haltemechanismus erfaßt und durch

Der Antrieb des Messerblattes 8 ist als Position 22 in den
Figuren 8 und 9 dargestellt. In der Abtrennposition befindet
sich bei A ein unmittelbar an das Zuförderband 1 angeschlossener
Schneidamboß 11, der zwei Teile 11a, 11b und eine dazwischen
angeordnete Ausnehmung 11c aufweist. Das Messerblatt
8 weist eine Verdickung 10 auf. Eine Stützfläche 12
ist beim Abtrennen einer Scheibe 7 in einem geringen Abstand
von deren freier Fläche 7a angeordnet, um die Scheibe
einerseites beim Abtrennen und der anschließenden Bewegung
zu einem über Rollen 13, 14 geführten entsprechend Pfeil 15
angetriebenen Abförderband 16 abzustützen, andererseits das
Eindringen des Messerblattes 8 in den Ballen 4 mit der dabei
verbundenen Materialverdrängung nicht zu behindern. Das Abförderband
16 ist durch einen nicht dargestellten Antrieb
gesteuert antreibbar. Die Stützfläche 12 wird von einem
nicht dargestellten Antrieb nach einem Trennschnitt und nach
Abförderung der abgetrennten Scheibe 7 entsprechend Pfeil 17
auf Position A zugefördert (Figur 4) und anschließend mit
der vorderen Ballenfläche 7a um etwas mehr als eine Scheibenbreite

Nach der Abförderung wird der Teil 11b des Schneidambosses
11 durch den Hub der Kolbenstange 43 in umgekehrter Richtung
wieder in seine Ausgangslage gebracht, in der ein weiterer
Schnitt des Messerblattes 8 erfolgen kann.
Die bewegbare Stützfläche 12, die zwischen den Flacheisen 41
angeordnet ist, weist als Besonderheit eine untere Abbiegung

Claims (10)
- A device for severing slices (7) from bales (4) preferably of pressed fibrous material such as tobacco by means of a vertically movable knife blade (8) which strikes against a cutting anvil (11) after the conclusion of a severing cut, characterized by a device (22, 23) for pivoting or displacing the cutting anvil (11) arranged substantially horizontally during a severing cut or parts thereof (11b) after each severing cut in order to remove the severed slice (7) from its severing position (A).
- A device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cutting anvil (11) has a recess (11c) for the end of the knife blade (8).
- A device according to Claim 1 and/or 2, characterized by a pivoting device (22) which pivots the entire cutting anvil (11) downwards.
- A device according to Claim 1 and/or 2, characterized by a pivoting device (22) which pivots the cutting anvil (11) in part (11b).
- A device according to Claim 1 and/or 2, characterized by a drive device (23) which pivots the cutting anvil at least in part (11b) in the horizontal direction (21).
- A device according to Claim 1 and/or 2, characterized by a pivoting device (40 ... 47) which pivots the cutting anvil (116) upwards at least in part.
- A device according to one or more of the preceding Claims, characterized by a support face (12) which at the beginning of a severing cut is arranged at a slight distance from the outer face (7a) of the slice (7) to be severed.
- A device according to one or more of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the knife blade (8) has a thickened portion (10), in particular in its lower region.
- A device according to one or more of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the bale (4) can be conveyed by a conveyor belt (1) into the severing position (A).
- A device according to one or more of the preceding Claims, characterized in that a removal belt (16) is provided for removing the severed slices (7) which rest on it on one of their larger faces.
