Claims (10)
- Elément d'évacuation pour presses d'extraction de liquides à partir de matières solides, notamment pour des presses à fruits, comprenant une âme d'évacuation flexible (4) en forme de barre avec des chemins d'écoulement (5) pour évacuer le liquide exprimé de la chambre de presse (2), et une enveloppe filtrante (6) entourant l'âme d'évacuation (4) et perméable aux liquides, au moins une extrémité de l'élément d'évacuation étant fixée sur une plaque collectrice de jus, plaque de pression (1), ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse, et comprenant un fourreau (8, 8', 8'', 8''') ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc, entourant l'âme d'évacuation (4) dans la région de fixation et sur un tronçon libre se raccordant à cette région, caractérisé par au moins un élément de soutien (23, 26, 28, 31, 36, 23', 23'') pour le fourreau (8, 8', 8'', 8'''), qui est assemblé à ce dernier de telle sorte que la déformabilité du fourreau est, dans une région partielle située dans la région de fixation, fortement limitée par rapport à la région restante.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la région partielle du fourreau (8') de déformabilité limitée présente un diamètre intérieur élargi afin de recevoir l'élément de soutien (23).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien est réalisé sous forme de douille (23, 23', 23'', 26, 28, 36) à grande rigidité en flexion.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (23) est disposé contre le fourreau (8') à une distance de son tronçon libre se raccordant à la région de fixation qui est approximativement égale à l'épaisseur d'enveloppe (45) du tronçon libre.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (26) assemblé au fourreau (8') dépasse du fourreau (8') dans la région de fixation de l'âme d'évacuation (4).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (26, 28, 36) est fixement assemblé au fourreau (8').
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien est réalisé sous forme de douille (28) avec des bords rabattus (29, 30).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien réalisé sous forme de douille présente deux régions de propriétés élastiques différentes, qui se succèdent en direction longitudinale.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le fourreau (8') assemblé à l'élément de soutien (36) dépasse de l'élément de soutien (36) des deux côtés en direction longitudinale.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux éléments coniques (37, 38), présentant une surface de contact commune pour le serrage de l'enveloppe filtrante (6), sont prévus pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (6) sur la plaque collectrice de jus, plaque de pression (1), ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse, et en ce que l'élément de soutien (23'') pour le fourreau (8''') est réalisé sous forme de pièce commune avec l'un (38) des cônes de fixation.
