Claims (16)
- Dispositif pour le séchage thermique de nappes et de feuilles de tissu ou similaire, déplacées le long d'une voie de transport (12) par des moyens de guidage (15) prévus dans la zone d'éléments de séchage (14) d'un séchoir (13),- avec un équipement de refroidissement (16, 17, 18, 19), les produits refroidissants duquel sont acheminés au moyen de conduites (20) adéquates vers les moyens de guidage (15) dans la zone du séchoir ainsi que sur les éléments de séchage (14) et de là vers un échangeur thermique (14), et- avec un dispositif d'aspiration d'air (23) pour aspirer l'air de la zone du séchoir,caractérisé en ce que
l'échangeur thermique (16) de l'équipement de refroidissement est logé dans la zone d'aspiration d'air (36) en aval de la zone du séchoir. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration d'air (23) est logé dans un boîtier additionnel (32) monté dans une caisse de machine (33) entourant la voie de transport (12) et les éléments de séchage (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur thermique (16) de l'équipement de refroidissement est disposé dans le boîtier additionnel (32).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'équipement de refroidissement présente un circuit de produit refroidissant avec une pompe de circulation (19) disposée dans le boîtier additionnel (32) ensemble avec d'autres moyens d'exploitation et de surveillance (18, 17) de l'équipement de refroidissement pour le circuit de produit refroidissant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que dans les conduites de produit refroidissant (46, 20 ou 22) sortant de la pompe de circulation (19) et retournant dans l'échangeur thermique (16) sont prévus des raccordements amovibles (45, 47) disposés dans la zone de transition entre le boîtier additionnel (32) et la caisse de machine (33).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que un contrôleur de flux est prévu dans le circuit de produit refroidissant entre l'échangeur thermique (16) et la pompe de circulation (19), ce contrôleur étant logé dans le boîtier additionnel (32).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que dans le boîtier additionnel (32) est logé un réservoir de compensation (18) pour produit de refroidissement disposé entre l'échangeur thermique (16) et la pompe de circulation dans le circuit de produit de refroidissement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration d'air présente un boîtier de raccordement, dans la zone d'aspiration d'air (36) duquel est disposé l'échangeur thermique (16) et sur lequel est branchée avec son côté d'aspiration une soufflerie (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de raccordement (26) présente une zone d'aspiration d'air (35, 36), de préférence rectangulaire, s'étendant par-dessus toute la largeur de la voie de transport, recouvert essentiellement par l'échangeur thermique (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la soufflerie (25) est disposée, vu en diagonale par rapport à la voie de transport (12), environ au milieu du boîtier de raccordement (26).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la soufflerie est conçu comme soufflante axiale en tuyau (25) et dans laquelle est prévu un manchon d'air sortant (24) branché directement sur le boîtier de raccordement (26).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que une racle à air est affectée au séchoir (13), les buses soufflantes (27) de laquelle sont reliées, à travers des conduites adéquates, à une soufflerie (38) disposée dans le boîtier additionnel (32), les conduites menant vers les buses (27) étant branchées, de préférence dans la zone de transition entre le boîtier additionnel (32) et la caisse de machine (33), de façon amovible sur la soufflerie (38) ou des éléments de raccordement adéquats (41).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la racle à air d'un dispositif de régulation de débit d'air (40) est affectée à la soufflerie (38), ce dispositif étant disposé dans le boîtier additionnel (32) entre la soufflerie (38) et les éléments de raccordement (41) pour les conduites menant vers les buses soufflantes (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que un organe de commande (40') pour le dispositif de régulation de débit d'air (40) est disposé sur le boîtier additionnel (32) et accessible de l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 14, caractérisé en ce que dans le boîtier additionnel (32) est prévu un dispositif électrique et/ou électronique d'alimentation et de commande pour l'unité d'alimentation électrique comprenant le dispositif d'aspiration d'air (23), l'équipement de refroidissement, le séchoir (13) et/ou la soufflerie à racle d'air (38).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les organes de commande et/ou les moyens de contrôle et d'affichage pour le dispositif d'aspiration d'air (23), l'équipement de refroidissement, le séchoir (13) et/ou la soufflerie à racle d'air (38) sont disposés de préférence dans la zone de l'unité d'alimentation (42) sur le boîtier additionnel (32).
