Abstract

There is an arrangement for holding a built-in cooktop, in particular a glass ceramic cooktop, in a section of a cooktop holder provided for this purpose, with a cooktop housing that carries the heating devices and can be fastened from above via holding means in the cooktop holder, and a cooktop part consisting of a frame with a cooktop , which can be placed on the hob housing from above and can be locked by means of clamp connection means, which are characterized in that the holding means for fastening the hob housing in the hob receptacle have a section which is designed as a clamp connection means and when the top part of the hob is placed on the hob housing with the corresponding clamping connection means of the hob top can be brought into engagement, is characterized by a simpler structure compared to the known mounting arrangements. Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for holding a built-in hob, in particular a glass ceramic hob, in a section of a hob receptacle provided therefor, with a hob housing which carries the heating device and can be fastened from above via holding means in the hob receptacle, and a hob top part, comprising a frame with a hob , which can be placed on the hob housing from above and secured in a snap-in manner by means of clamping connection means.

It is known that it is advantageous to design the constructive means for connecting a built-in hob to a hob receptacle in such a way that a reasonably easy releasability is ensured. For example, in DE 91 08 044 U1, an arrangement is proposed in which the entire built-in hob, which consists of the hob housing with the heating device arranged therein and the hob with the associated frame structure attached to it and attached to it, is mounted from above in the for this purpose provided cutout of the hob holder is used and secured in this position by snap or snap connections. For this purpose, clamping springs are attached to the side of the cooktop frame, which have corresponding holding means attached to the cut-out sides of the cooktop receptacle and pointing horizontally inwards, such as, for. B. round pins, interact. In order to ensure tolerance compensation in relation to the holding means, the clamping springs themselves are held laterally displaceably via a clamping connection on the hob frame.

The built-in hob known from DE 93 01 942 U1 differs from the arrangement described above only in that the clamping springs are not on the hob frame, but on the cutout sides of the hob holder, and the corresponding holding means, in this case locking lugs, on the side of the hob frame and not in the hob holder are arranged.

These known constructions have the disadvantage that either the installation tolerances are very narrow, or, as described above, complex constructional means are provided which are intended to compensate for a certain tolerance. To make matters worse, the mounting of the connecting means in the hob receptacle and that of the corresponding connecting means on the frame of the built-in hob is carried out from different locations in the known cooktops, so that larger deviations in the position of mutually associated connecting means can be expected relative to one another. The lanyard is mounted on the frame of the built-in hob by the hob manufacturer, while the lanyard is installed in the hob holder "on site" by the kitchen builder. A further disadvantage of this construction is that the hob is completely removed from the hob holder in the event of service and only then has to be dismantled.

An arrangement for holding a built-in hob according to the preamble of patent claim 1 or patent claim 6 is known from DE 77 18 108 U1 and also from DE 40 04 093 A1. Both writings assume a two-part construction of a built-in hob. The hob housing, which is used to hold the heating device, is firmly screwed to the edge of a worktop cut-out as a separate component. This step is carried out first when installing the built-in hob. In the next step, the glass ceramic hob, which is contained in a frame, is placed on the hob housing and fixed from above. The connection between the cooktop frame and cooktop housing is made by corresponding locking means on both components. The border frame for the cooking surface has locking pins on the outer edge on, which can be brought into engagement with corresponding snap-in receptacles which are firmly connected to the hob housing. When the cooking surface with the frame is placed on the hob housing, the locking pins are pressed into the locking receptacles, whereby a downward force acts on the locking pins, which results in a secure fit of the cooking surface with the frame, particularly on the circumferential seal arranged between the components.

A disadvantage of this known device is that the locking receptacles must be attached to the hob housing. A further disadvantage is that, in addition to the complicated and expensive snap-in receptacles, the hob housing must also be connected to the worktop cutout by means of further fastening elements. Overall, this means a high manufacturing and assembly effort.

The object of the invention is to further develop the known mounting arrangement for a cooktop with a two-part construction in such a way that the same effect is achieved with simpler constructional means with significantly less assembly effort.

This object is achieved with a mounting arrangement according to the preamble of patent claim 1, which is characterized in that the holding means for fastening the hob housing in the hob receptacle have a section which preferably protrudes into the hob housing and is designed as a clamp connection means and when the top part of the hob is placed on the hob Hob housing can be brought into engagement with the corresponding clamping connection means of the hob top.

The holder arrangements according to the invention are characterized by a simple and stable structure. Because the holding means for fastening the hob housing or the guide sleeves for these holding means on the hob housing are at the same time designed as clamping connection means for fastening the cooking surface / frame construction, the arrangement of separate corresponding clamping connection means in the hob housing can be dispensed with entirely. This significantly reduces the amount of work involved in manufacturing a hob housing.

The connection between (4) and (5) takes place in this case via a fixed connection (4a), e.g. B. by a rivet attachment, or by spot welding. A detachable connection is also possible.

In the holding frame (5) are drilled all round, preferably 10 to 12, evenly distributed, depending on the size of the hob, arranged in each of which by means of a fastener, for. B. a rivet attachment (9), a clamping connection element (8) (shown here from the side) is attached.

When installing the hob, the hob housing (2), which contains the heating elements and the wiring, is inserted into the worktop cut-out (1). The spacers (2a) punched out, in which a hole is provided for fastening the cooktop housing (2) in the cooktop holder (1), provide the necessary distance between (1) and (2) due to the high temperatures that occur. The hob housing (2) is screwed in Figure 1 with a wood screw (3a), on which a sleeve (3b) is attached, to the edge of the worktop (1).

The hob top (4, 5) with the cooking surface (6) is then only inserted into the hob housing (2) and pressed evenly downwards. The holding means (3), here (3a) and (3b) (cf. FIGS. 8a to 8d), represent the receptacle for the clamping connection element (8), as a result of which a force-locking, releasable connection is created.

This arrangement ensures that the hob can be easily mounted from above into the worktop (1) and - in the event of service - can be easily dismantled from above to the extent that, for example, defective heating elements can be replaced easily and inexpensively without the whole Hob must be removed from the worktop (1). In addition, the hob housing (2) is characterized by a simple structure. It is not necessary to provide additional clamping connection means in the hob housing (2).

In the preferred embodiment of the invention described above, the section of the holding means (3) designed as a clamping connection means points horizontally into the interior of the hob housing (2). The holding means (3) can also be designed so that this section is located between the outer wall of the hob housing (2) and the hob holder (1). However, the latter variant is more complex to implement.

Without restricting the generality, screws (3a) are provided in FIG. 1 as holding means for fastening the hob housing (2) to the worktop edge, the section of the holding means (3) designed as a clamping connection element being simply by a sleeve (3b) placed on the screw shaft. is realized. With this round pin-shaped part, two-leg fields (8), which are fastened as corresponding clamping connection elements on the upper part of the hob, are brought into engagement in FIG.

However, the invention is in no way limited to this special type of clamp connection. This is only a preferred embodiment of the invention. Snap-in lugs and corresponding snap-in receptacles and similar devices that produce a clip-in connection can also be used as the clamping connection elements. It is also possible, albeit more complex, the portion of the holding means projecting into the hob housing for fastening the hob housing to the edge of the worktop as a clamping spring, e.g. B. two-leg spring, form and attach the round pins which can be brought into engagement with the two-leg springs on the hob top. There are no limits to the multitude of possible variations.

The combination of two-leg spring and round pin-shaped part of the holding means protruding horizontally into the interior of the hob housing for fastening the hob housing in the hob holder has the advantage that, depending on the length of the round pin-shaped part or the width of the spring legs, tolerances perpendicular to the edges of the hob holder can be easily compensated for .

In order to also be able to compensate for installation tolerances parallel to the side edges, the corresponding clamping connection means are advantageously arranged to be displaceable relative to one another along the side edges. As will be shown further below, this can be done in a simple manner Reach a guide slot (8a) in the two-leg spring (8), which runs parallel to the respectively assigned side edge of the hob holder (1) and via which the spring on the corresponding part of the built-in hob, in Figure 1 on the holding frame (5), along the side edge slidable, attached.

In this embodiment example, flat clamping connection means (8), here flat spring elements made of spring jet or spring wire, as shown in FIG. 7 d and FIG. 7 e, are provided without restriction of generality, which are rigidly connected to the frame (4) via connecting means (9a). Here too, a non-positive, releasable connection to the holding means (3) or (3a, 3b) and thus to the hob housing (2) is established.

FIG. 4 shows a further variant of the holding arrangement according to the invention, in which the holding frame (5) is connected to the hob housing (2) (for example spot-welded or via a rivet connection or via a detachable connection). After the cooktop housing (2) in the cooktop holder (1) is fastened with the holding means (3) or (3a, 3b), only the cooktop (6), provided with an all-round temperature-resistant, permanently elastic sealing profile (7), e.g. B. made of silicone, placed on the holding frame (5) and then the viewing frame (4) with all-round, evenly spaced flat clamping connection means (8) attached to (3b).

The spring elements shown in FIGS. 7d and 7e can each reach through slot-shaped punch openings (5b) in the holding frame (5). The bending tabs (5c) punched out on one side and bent up serve at the same time as adjustment aids when inserting the cooking surface (6) with the seal (7). It is advantageous here that the cooktop and frame assembly can be easily dismantled into the individual parts for servicing as well as for recycling.

Figure 5 shows a variant in which the hob top consists only of the holding frame (5). In this case, the cooking surface (6) is non-positively and permanently elastic connected to the holding frame (5) via an adhesive connection (12).

Figure 6 shows a variant of Figure 5, in which the cooking surface (6) is only glued on the front (12a). The cooking surface (6) lies on a permanently elastic support (13). As is already known from patent application P 43 18 854.0, the cooking surface (6) can be easily separated from the holding frame (5) with a knife in the event of servicing or for recycling with almost no adhesive.

Figure 7b shows in detail a special design option for the clamping connection element (8) and its attachment to the hob top (4, 5). The spring elements (8) are arranged all around in recessed, rectangular recesses (5d) in the hob top, e.g. B. clipped in the holding frame (5) or viewing frame (4). The locking elements (8b) arranged on the side of the clamping connection element (8) result in a non-positive, but - with somewhat oversized recess (5d) - still slightly flexible connection to the frame.

FIG. 7c shows a further fastening variant of the clamping elements (8) on the border frame. During the manufacture of the frame in the area of the support leg for the cooking surface (6), slot-like openings are punched out all round (5b) in such a way that, as shown in FIG. 7c, a punching tab (14) remains. This is bent vertically downwards and then the clamping connection element (8) with the guide slot (8a) (see FIG. 7a) is attached. By bending the two ends of the punching tab (14), the spring element (8) is locked in such a way that it can move freely along the frame and can compensate for tolerances during assembly.

Figures 8a to d show different design options of the holding means (3), z. B. in the form of a one-piece screw bolt for flat-head screwdrivers (Figure 8a) or Phillips screwdriver (not shown here), for Allen keys (Figure 8b) or for socket wrenches (Figure 8d). Figure 9 shows a further embodiment of the invention, in which the holding frame (5) is designed as a U-profile and is releasably connected to the viewing frame (4) spanning the cooking surface by means of connecting means (4b). The cooking surface (6) is clamped between the holding frame (5) and the viewing frame (4) with the U-shaped sealing profile (7), which is attached to the edge of the cooking surface (see also FIG. 2).

In this variant, the guide sleeves (3c) and not the holding means (3) represent the clamp connection means corresponding to the clamp connection means on the top of the hob. The guide sleeves (3c) are used to produce the clamp connection, as shown in the figure, with the all-round on the top of the hob attached two-leg springs engaged.

The guide sleeves (3c) can both be arranged on the cooktop housing (2) pointing inwards, but they can also be fitted on the outside of the cooktop housing (2) facing the cooktop holder (1), as shown in FIG. 10. The latter has the advantage that the guide sleeves (3c) can also serve as spacers between the hob housing (2) and the hob holder (1). This eliminates the punched-out spacers (2a) shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 9.

The guide sleeves (3c) can be attached to the hob housing (2) in any desired manner, for example they can be welded on for the sake of simplicity.

It is obvious that, as in the case of the holding means designed as clamping connecting means, it is also advantageous in this holder arrangement according to the invention with guide sleeves as corresponding clamping connecting means if the corresponding clamping connecting means are each arranged to be displaceable relative to one another along the side edge of the hob housing or of the top of the hob. In this variant, too, the two-leg springs are preferably arranged so that they can be displaced along the side edges of the hob receptacle via guide slots on the top of the hob (see, for example, FIG. 7c).

Furthermore, with this mounting arrangement, the border frame can be in two parts, namely consisting of a viewing frame and a mounting frame, whereby it can also be advantageous, as shown in FIG. 10, to attach the mounting frame to the hob housing (for example by spot welding or via rivet connection or a detachable connection) ) and the viewing frame with cooking surface, which has the clamping connection means, to be plugged onto the hob housing with the holding frame (see also FIG. 4 with description).
