Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, die in einer Innenumhüllung aus Stanniol, Papier oder einer Folie verpackt sind.The invention relates to a packaging for cigarettes or the like, which are packaged in an inner wrapping made of tinfoil, paper or a film.

Für die Verpackung von Zigaretten sind weltweit zwei Typen von Verpackungen besonders verbreitet. Es handelt sich dabei zum einen um Klappschachteln (Hinge-Lid-Packungen) und zum anderen um Weich-(Becher-)Packungen. Die erstgenannte Verpackung wird aus dünnem Karton gefertigt. Ein Klappdeckel ist über eine Gelenkverbindung schwenkbar mit einem Schachtelteil verbunden. Die als Ausführungsbeispiele gezeigten Verpackungen sind quaderförmig ausgebildet und dienen zur Aufnahme von Zigaretten 10. Eine Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 ist - wie bei herkömmlichen Zigaretten-Verpackungen - von einer Innenumhüllung 12 aus Stanniol, Papier oder einer Folie umgeben. Die Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 mit Innenumhüllung 12 bildet einen Zigaretten-Block 13 als Inhalt der Verpackung. Die übrigen Teile des Zuschnitts gemäß Fig. 4 bilden den Klappdeckel 18. Eine Deckel-Rückwand 24 ist über eine Gelenklinie 25 mit der Rückwand 22 verbunden. An der Deckelrückwand sind seitlich Deckel-Seitenlappen 26 angeordnet. Der Seitenlappen 35 ist durch Klebung mit einem auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite am Zuschnitt angebrachten Verbindungsstreifen 36 verbunden. Eine Bodenwand wird aus kuvertartig gefalteten Bodenlappen 37, 38 gebildet. Diese sind miteinander verklebt. Es entsteht dadurch ein becherartiges Unterteil 16.The z. Die Ränder stoßen in Schließstellung aneinander. Die Ausführungsform der Verpackung gemäß Fig. 6 bis 8 entspricht im prinzipiellen Aufbau demjenigen des vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiels. Eine Besonderheit besteht darin, daß der Kragen 19 einstückig mit dem Karton-Zuschnitt für das Oberteil 15 verbunden ist (Fig. 8). Das Oberteil 15 und der Kragen 19 bilden demnach einen gemeinsamen, einstückigen Zuschnitt.Upper part 15 and lower part 16 are connected to one another in the region of the connecting strip 17 by gluing. Beim vorliegenden Beispiel ist auf jeder Seite eine schmale, stegartige Restverbindung 40 des Verpackungsmaterials gebildet. Die Besonderheit des Ausführungsbeispiels nach Fig. 9 und 10 besteht darin, daß das Unterteil 16 der Verpackung aus dünnem, flexiblem Verpackungsmaterial die gesamte Verpackung einhüllt. Der Zuschnitt für das Unterteil 16 ist über den Verbindungsstreifen 17 hinaus nach oben verlängert und deckt außen das Oberteil 15, einschließlich Klappdeckel 18, vollständig ab. Es empfiehlt sich bei dieser Ausführung, daß Unterteil 16 und eine an diese im Bereich des Oberteils 15 anschließende Kappe 44, aus einer Folie zu fertigen, zum Beispiel aus einer Kunststoffolie. Diese bildet im unteren Teil der Packung das Unterteil 16 und im Bereich des Oberteils 15 eine aromaerhaltende Umhüllung. Die gesamte Verpackung ist dadurch von einem durchgehenden, einstückigen Außenzuschnitt eingehüllt.The packaging according to FIGS. 9 and 10 also corresponds to the construction principle described.
