Definitions

  • the invention relates to a partition system with vertical stands and horizontal connecting pipes, in which panels are attached to the stands by means of connecting elements, and the stands have a connecting surface perpendicular to the wall plane with a series of connecting bores.
  • a partition wall system of this type is identified as known in EP-A 0 281 081.
  • vertical stands are connected to horizontal hollow connecting rods.
  • the connecting rods serve at the same time to hold the panels and have an H-shaped cross section to form lower and upper lips over their entire length, between which the panels are inserted. This gives the wall an image segmented by the connecting rods.
  • the panels connected to the stands do not form a closed, flat surface.
  • the stands also consist of two profile sections assembled and form vertical parting lines in the visible surfaces, which is further reinforced by the spacing of the panels attached to the uprights, since the panels also protrude from the supports of the uprights on the surfaces of the partition system.
  • protruding securing elements on the surfaces of the partition system are required to connect the panels to the uprights.
  • Another disadvantage, which greatly affects the visual appearance of the partition system is that the cantilever elements as simple brackets made of round tube sections do not connect to the stands in a system-compatible manner and cannot be used as feet for the stands.
  • connection surface provided on the stand is designed as a connecting web and has at least one holding web aligned in the wall plane in that the connecting elements consist of a threaded part inserted into a bore of the connecting web and two from both sides of a stand the threaded part screwed screw sleeves are assembled, the screw sleeves have a diameter that is larger than the diameter of the bores, and are braced on the connecting web of the stand, that projecting cantilever elements are attached to the stands perpendicular to the wall plane, that the screw sleeves in Distance of the thickness of the cantilever elements from the end facing the threaded part have a widened section, and that the panels are fixed between the retaining webs of the stands and the heels of the screw sleeves of connecting elements attached to the stands.
  • the panels are covered by the support bars of the stands, so that a closed visible surface is created.
  • the connecting elements defined on the connecting bars of the stands are also covered, but they form receptacles for the panels, in which the panels are held, with the holding webs of the stands.
  • An absolutely flush visible surface can be achieved with the new partition system in that the panels on the end faces facing the uprights are provided with connecting lugs that are set back from the visible side of the panel by the thickness of the holding webs of the uprights.
  • the cantilever elements can also be attached to a stand, the holding webs of the stand inserted into the slots of the cantilever element determining the projecting position of the cantilever element on the stand.
  • the cantilever element can be attached at any point on the stand that is identified by a hole in the connecting web. In this way, the cantilever element can be used both as a foot for the stand or as a supporting element for attachments of the partition system.
  • a partition system closed on both visible sides is achieved according to a further development in that the stands are designed as sections of a double-T beam in which the connecting web has vertically projecting holding webs on both ends and the clear distance between the holding webs is the sum of the two The diameter of the shoulders of the screw sleeves and twice the thickness of the panels in the connection area corresponds.
  • the support bars of the uprights can be flush with the panels on both sides of the partition.
  • a jamming of the panels between the shoulders of the screw sleeves and the retaining webs of the stands is achieved in one embodiment simply by the paragraphs of the screw sleeves being provided with grooves for receiving elastic rings.
  • connection of the stands to one another is carried out according to one embodiment in that the screw sleeves are provided in the region of the end face with the shoulder with a plug-in receptacle for a connecting tube which can be fixed in the plug-in receptacle by a snug fit and / or press fit.
  • the length of the connecting pipes determines the distance between adjacent stands, i.e. the field width of the partition system and thus also the width of the panels.
  • connection of the connecting pipes with the screw sleeves of the connecting elements aligned with one another is facilitated in that the plug-in receptacles of the screw sleeves are provided with insertion phases.
  • a defined connection position is ensured in that a partition in the screw sleeve separates the plug receptacle from a thread receptacle.
  • the partition limits the insertion movement of the connecting pipe.
  • one embodiment provides that the width of the holding webs projecting from the connecting web is smaller than the thickness of the cantilever elements and that the depth of the slots in the cantilever elements of the Width of the retaining webs protruding from the connecting web corresponds.
  • the configuration of the cantilever element can be designed such that the cantilever element protrudes on one side from the stand, extends over the stand and has two slots for receiving the holding webs of the stand and a bore between the slots.
  • This one-sided cantilever element only protrudes on one side of the partition and can be used as a single-sided foot for a stand.
  • the configuration is such that the cantilever element protrudes on both sides of the stand and has two slots in the middle area for receiving the holding webs of the stand and a bore between the slots, then the cantilever element projects from the same place on the partition wall on both sides and can be double-sided Foot can be used for a stand.
  • the cantilever element protruding on one side can also be designed such that the cantilever element protrudes on one side from the stand, extends over half of the connecting leg of the stand and has a slot for receiving a holding web and half a bore.
  • the cantilever elements are perpendicular to the slots on one side, while the opposite side is inclined towards the free end or the free ends of the cantilever element so that the cantilever element tapers, then in use as a cantilever, the side perpendicular to the slots is turned upwards, while when used as a foot it is turned down.
  • support elements can be defined which have a semicircular receptacle for the screw sleeve in the area outside of the heel and are supported with a web on the facing holding web of the stand, and that on both sides of the web a downward closure with a support plate is formed for a panel.
  • These support elements form stops with the support plates, which determine the position of the lower edge of the panel relative to the uprights. It is recommended that the panels at the facing end areas are provided with connecting lugs that are supported on the support plates.
  • the web of the support element is attached in the middle of the thickness of the support element, and on both end faces of the support element towards the same receptacles for panels, which are closed at the bottom by support plates, and that the thickness of the support elements in corresponds approximately to the width of the retaining webs protruding from the connecting web of the stand and approximately to the length of the screw sleeves in the area outside the shoulder, then a uniform support element can be used for both visible sides of the partition.
  • the support element is only used in two positions rotated by 180 ° and two support elements can be fixed to the stand with the same screw sleeve of the connecting element.
  • the partition panels can be set up in any angular positions with respect to one another by directly adjacent stands of two partition panels can be connected to one another at any angle by means of hinge parts of a hinge, the hinge parts ending in plug-in projections which can be inserted into and fixed in the plug-in receptacles of screw sleeves by connecting elements fixed on the two stands, and are articulatedly connected to one another.
  • the connecting elements are used again to fasten the hinge to the uprights.

  • the plug-in lugs and the elastic intermediate section can also be made in one piece and have a through hole which allows the passage of electrical cables or the like.
  • the last partition wall field of a partition wall can be optically neatly terminated in that when using sections of a double-T support a free side of the stand can be covered by means of a cover section which is U-shaped in cross section.
  • sections of a double-T beam are used as the stand 10.
  • the stand 10 can also be made from an L-shaped or only T-shaped profile. It is only important that the stand 10 has a connecting web 15, which is perpendicular to the visible sides of the partition, with a row of bores 16 made in uniform division and at least one holding web 11 or 12, which is perpendicular thereto.
  • the holding webs 11 and 12 protrude vertically from the two ends of the connecting web 15 with the same width on both sides of the connecting web 15.
  • the two uprights 10 of a partition panel are connected to one another by means of two connecting tubes 17, specifically by means of connecting elements 30, which are fixed in a bore 16 in the uprights 10, as will be shown.
