- Steel mill arrangement comprising steel manufacturing devices (3, 5, 6, 8) such as devices for melting steel (3), for metallurgically altering the molten steel (5, 6), for continuous casting (8) etc., which are set up along a flow line (4) which is preferably self-contained, characterized in that a common central control station (11) with supervision consoles for the steel manufacturing devices (3, 5, 6, 8) is provided in the central region of the flow line (4) and has fields of vision (12, 12') for the steel manufacturing devices (3, 5, 6, 8) disposed along the flow line (4) and that control devices for the cranes (30, 30') are disposed in the central control station (11).
- Steel mill arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the flow line (4) is arc-shaped or circular.
- Steel mill arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the steel manufacturing devices (3, 5, 6) are provided for sequential steel manufacture.
- Steel mill arrangement according to one of claims 1 - 3, characterized in that the steel melting device (3) comprises one or more arc furnaces, preferably d.c. arc furnaces.
- Steel mill arrangement according to one of claims 1 - 4, characterized in that the devices for metallurgically altering the molten steel comprise pan furnaces (5) and/or a steel degassing unit (6).
- Steel mill arrangement according to one of claims 1 - 5, characterized in that the continuous casting device (8) has a casting extraction device (27) extending radially away from the control station (11).
- Steel mill arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the continuous casting device (8) has a curved mould (20) and the attending side (24) for the mould (20) lies at the outside of the casting curve (26).
- Steel mill arrangement according to one of claims 1 - 7, characterized in that radially arranged cranes (30, 30') cover a circular attending area.
- Steel mill arrangement according to claim 5, characterized in that along the flow line (4) a plurality of stations for treating the molten steel are disposed on their own circular path (14) and along the circular path (14) each have a position for an outward or inward transfer (15), a pre- and post-treatment (16 and 17), a preheating position (18) and/or a parking position (19).
- Steel mill arrangement according to one of claims 1 - 9, characterized in that supervision consoles for a plurality of steel manufacturing devices (3, 5, 6, 8) and for the cranes (30, 30') are provided on one level (29) in the central control station (11).
- Steel mill arrangement according to one of claims 1 - 10, characterized in that a roof (40) over the steel mill arrangement has a gable line similar to the flow line (4) and provided along the gable line is a collecting pipe (41) for dust and smoke, which is connected to an exhaust air decontamination installation.
