Abstract

Claims (17)

1. Distributeur de parfum présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
- un récipient à parfum (1) réalisé en un verre tubulaire et qui possède une forme allongée,
- un dispositif de délivrance (6) est prévu d'un côté sur le récipient à parfum (1),
- un capuchon de fermeture (2), de préférence en matière plastique, recouvre au moins la partie du dispositif de délivrance (6), qui fait saillie hors du récipient à parfum,
- au capuchon de fermeture (2) ou à l'extrémité du récipient à parfum (1), qui comporte le dispositif de délivrance (6), est reliée une pince (4), qui sert de surface publicitaire tournée vers l'extérieur et également sert à bloquer par serrage le distributeur de parfum,
- une liaison à enfichage est prévue entre le capuchon de fermeture (2) et une monture métallique du dispositif de délivrance, qui relie ce dernier au récipient à parfum.
2. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que le dispositif de délivrance (6) comprend un mécanisme à pompe.
3. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce
que le dispositif de délivrance (6) est vissé sur le récipient à parfum (1).
4. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de délivrance (6) est relié à une extrémité du récipient à parfum (1) par un rebord ou une pliure.
5. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que l'extrémité du récipient à parfum (1), tournée à l'opposé du dispositif de délivrance, comporte une ouverture de remplissage pouvant être fermée.
6. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que la pince (4) est fixée au moyen d'un élément de retenue particulier, qui est adapté extérieurement à la forme du capuchon de fermeture.
7. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce
que la pince (4) et l'élément de retenue sont respectivement remplaçables.
8. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
la pince (4) s'étend essentiellement sur toute la longueur du récipient à parfum (1).
9. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que le verre tubulaire comporte un revêtement de protection contre un éclatement.
10. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que le capuchon de fermeture (2) possède une ouverture d'enfichage, dont le bord est pourvu d'au moins une fente (33).
11. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que le capuchon de fermeture (2) est formé de deux éléments, à savoir une douille extérieure (27) et une douille intérieure (28) utilisées pour la liaison par enfichage.
12. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce
que la douille extérieure (27) est réalisée en un métal et la douille intérieure en une matière plastique.
13. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce
que la douille intérieure est réalisée en polypropylène.
14. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce
que la douille intérieure (28) comporte des nervures (23, 25) qui font saillie vers l'intérieur et s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale de la douille.
15. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce
que la douille extérieure (27) est cylindrique et que la douille intérieure (28) se rétrécit avec une forme légèrement conique à partir de l'ouverture d'enfichage.
16. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
la pince (4) est formée d'un seul tenant sur le capuchon de fermeture (2).
17. Distributeur de parfum selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
la pince (4) est fixée au capuchon de fermeture (2) au moyen d'un système de liaison à accrochage.
