Description
The invention relates to a container assembly for holding liquid or powdery filling material which is transported and / or stored in the container assembly, with the further features from the preamble of
In general, such and similar container assemblies are very large, z. B. with a capacity of 1000 l and more (see. DE-U-88 13 484). In a known container assembly (DE-OS 22 55 299) the outer container is a barrel. The inner container is called an insert bag and is connected to the bung in the barrel lid. This leads to problems at least if the wall of the insert bag is not connected to the inner wall of the barrel. There is a risk that the insert bag will tear off the bung opening and its contents will be emptied into the interior of the barrel. In a container of a different type, namely in a folding container with a passage opening for the outlet nozzle of an inner bag (DE-AS 12 78 335), the inner bag has an outlet nozzle which is arranged in the upper region of the folding container and passes through the opening there. It can be clamped there and consequently also tear off.
There is another problem with the container assembly described above. It can happen that the film bubble does not lie smoothly against the inner wall of the outer container when filling the filling material, but rather forms uncontrolled folds which lie against the inner wall of the outer container and are fixed by the pressure of the filling material. This can result in stresses on the film bubble, which result in particular from permanent vibration stresses on the filled container assembly Transport on road vehicles, ships and. Like. lead to leaks.
The invention has for its object to further develop a container assembly of the structure described above so that a disturbing fold formation of the film bubble during filling and resulting leakages can no longer occur.
This object is achieved with a container assembly according to
It goes without saying that the area which is pulled together like a string is taken together without torsion or only with a small amount of torsion, so that it unfolds easily when filled. When the filling material is filled, the bottom section first fills up to a plump bladder, which in some areas bears against the inner wall of the outer container, but which converges towards the filling control element to form folds. This wrinkling is only temporary. It does not become fixed because this area of the film bubble is not in contact with the inner wall of the outer container, and it moves in accordance with the movement of the filling control element, which in turn moves under the influence of the forces that result from further filling of the already filled one Area of the film bubble takes place. The In this way, the filling control element controls the filling process in such a way that the film bubble lies smoothly everywhere on the inner wall of the outer container until it is completely filled or up to a desired degree of filling. The filling material can be filled in immediately. However, the film bubble can first be filled so that it lies against the outer container by a gaseous medium such as air, this gaseous medium being displaced by the filling material in a second filling process. It is essential that the filled bottom section is filled first and the filling material moves the filling control element during further filling.
There are several options for further training and design. For example, the filling control element can be designed as a ring, preferably as an elastically deformable ring. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, however, the filling control element is designed as a rubber or plastic rolling sleeve which, when the film bubble is filled, rolls up towards the free end of the film bubble, starting at its bottom edge. The roller sleeve can consist of a rubber skin or plastic film and is in any case set up so that the rolling can be carried out as described. The roll cuff extends practically over the entire length of the strung together Area and holds this area. The roller sleeve can be attached to the collar of the large-caliber container lid opening. In general, the arrangement will be such that a section of the film bubble above the filling control element is exposed without strand formation.
In the context of the invention, the outer container with the inserted and possibly by auxiliary elements, for. B. fixed to the large-caliber container opening, film bubble provided by the manufacturer to the user. However, in particular when the outer container is used several times, there is also the possibility of inserting the film bubble into the outer container only at the point of use immediately before filling with the filling material. In this context, the invention also relates to a film bladder with a filling control element for a container assembly of the construction described, which has a collapsed bottom section with a hose connector and a strand-shaped area with a free filling end, the strand-shaped area held together by the filling control element and where the film bubble with the strand-like area can be manipulated and inserted into the outer container via the large-caliber container lid opening. The strand is put together in such a way that a filling pipe can be inserted. - It goes without saying that the outer container can be surrounded by a jacket which is constructed, for example, from a wire mesh or a steel mesh.
