Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de cornières en carton à partir d'au moins une bande de carton (1a, 1b, 1c) et d'au moins deux bandes de revêtement (2a, 2b) d'un autre matériau. Le procédé selon l'invention est remarquable en ce qu'il consiste à: a) amener et coller en superposition la ou les bandes de carton (1a, 1b, 1c) sur une première bande de revêtement (2a) plus large que lesdites bandes de carton; b) replier les bords longitudinaux de la bande de revêtement (2a) jusqu'à les faire revenir en formant des replis sur la face libre de la dernière bande de carton superposée (1c); c) coller une deuxième bande de revêtement (2b) d'une largeur sensiblement égale à celle des bandes de carton sur les replis de la première bande de revêtement (2a) et la face libre de la dernière bande de carton superposée (1c); d) plier longitudinalement l'ensemble ainsi formé sensiblement à angle droit pour former une cornière (7). L'invention concerne aussi le dispositif pour sa mise en oeuvre et le produit qui en résulte.The invention relates to a method of manufacturing cardboard angles from at least one cardboard strip (1a, 1b, 1c) and at least two covering strips (2a, 2b) of another material.
