Abstract

Claims (6)

  1. Aiguilles et croisements pour installations de transport à voie suspendue, composés de rails profilés rectilignes et/ou incurvés qui présentent des sections transversales, de préférence en forme de C, ouvertes vers le bas et accueillant des galets de roulement, des tronçons d'aiguillages et de croisements, formés et disposés conformément aux lignes du parcours de passage, déplaçables transversalement par rapport au parcours et présentant des sections transversales adaptées aux rails profilés, étant disposés dans les zones d'aiguillage et de croisement des rails profilés,
    caractérisés en ce que,
    pour chaque aiguille (3) resp. pour chaque croisement (4), un bras de guidage et d'entraînement (12) est prévu, lequel, pivotant autour d'un axe (11), sur un support stationnaire (9, 10), est relié. articulé, aux deux tronçons d'aguillage resp. de croisement (5/6, 7/8) et fait saillie dans la voie des galets de roulement des rails profilés (1), et à l'aide duquel l'aiguillage (3) resp. le croisement (4), sous l'effet des galets de roulement resp. du mécanisme de roulement du véhicule qui arrive, est poussé mécaniquement, avec un tronçon (5/7), hors de l'un des parcours et, avec l'autre tronçon (6/7), dans le second parcours et vice-versa.
  2. Aiguilles et croisements selon revendication 1,
    caractérisés en ce que
    le bras de guidage et d'entraînement (12) consiste en une plaque de forme fondamentale elliptique resp. en forme de cerf-volant, dont les deux bords longitudinaux convexes (12a) forment des bords d'accostage pour les mécanismes à galets de roulement (2) aux fins d'orientation de l'aiguille (3) resp. du croisement (4).
  3. Aiguilles et croisements selon revendication 1,
    caractérisés en ce que
    le bras de guidage et d'entraînement (12) en forme de plaque est monté, dans le plan longitudinal des rails profilés, par l'une de ses extrémités longitudinales, pivotant autour de l'axe (11) qui est maintenu, entre deux rails profilés (1), à distance des tronçons d'aiguillage resp. de croisement (5/6, 7/8), sur un raccord longitudinal en forme de pont ou de plaque et servant de palier (9, 10), tandis que l'autre extrémité longtudinale, pourvue d'un évidement en forme de fourche (13) est mobile autour d'un pivot d'articulation (14) fixé entre les tronçons d'aiguillage resp. de croisement (5/6, 7/8) et est reliée aux tronçons d'aiguillage resp. de croisement (5/6, 7/8).
  4. Aiguilles et croisements selon revendication 1,
    caractérisés en ce que
    le tronçon d'aiguillage droit et le tronçons d'aiguillage incurvé (5/6) resp. les deux tronçons de croisement (7/8) rectilignes disposés angulairement par rapport l'un à l'autre sont fixés à une plaque poussante (16), qui est montée, déplaçable, avec les tronçons d'aiguillage resp. de croisement (5/6, 7/8), dans la rainure de guidage (17) d'un support (18) d'aiguillage resp. de croisement et porte le pivot d'articulation (14).
  5. Aiguilles et croisements selon revendication 1,
    caractérisés en ce que
    les tronçons d'aiguillage resp. de croisement (5/6, 7/8) sont pourvus, à l'extérieur, de butées limiteuses de déplacement (19), qui coopèrent avec les rails profilés (1) dans les deux positions de commutation des aiguilles (3) resp. des croisements (4).
  6. Aiguilles et croisements selon revendication 1,
    caractérisés en ce que
    les rails profilés (1), pour les aiguillages (3), et les tronçons de croisement (7/8), pour les croisements, sont équipés de limiteurs de sécurité extérieurs (20), qui, lors de la commutation d'un parcours à un autre et dans la position respectivement commutée, se trouvent devant les rails profilés du parcours mis hors circuit.
