Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vibrationsbackenbrecher, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse, in dem zwei Backen angeordnet sind, deren Arbeitsoberflächen in Form einer konvexen und konkaven gebrochenen Linie ausgebildet sind und von denen wenigstens einer beweglich und mit einem Vibrator versehen ist.The invention relates to a vibratory jaw crusher, consisting of a housing in which two jaws are arranged, the working surfaces of which are designed in the form of a convex and concave broken line and at least one of which is movable and provided with a vibrator.
Ein solcher, aus der SU-A-1 005 892 bekannter Vibrationsbackenbrecher hat ein Gehäuse, in dem ein unbeweglicher Backen und ein beweglicher Backen angeordnet sind, von denen der letztere an seinem oberen Ende mittels einer Achse gelenkig befestigt ist. Die Arbeitsoberflächen beider Backen sind in Form einer kovexen bzw. konkaven gebrochenen Linie ausgebildet, wobei die Arbeitskammer, d.h. der Raum zwischen den beiden Backen, die Form eines unsymmetrischen Keils aufweist. Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Vibrationbackenbrecher besteht aus einem Gehäuse 1, in dem ein unbeweglicher Backen 2 und ein beweglicher Backen 3 angeordnet sind, wobei der bewegliche Backen 3 mittels elastischer Elemente 4 und 5 an seinem oberen und unteren Ende aufgehängt ist. An dem elastischen Element 5, das am unteren Ende des beweglichen Backens 3 angebracht ist, ist eine Einrichtung 6 zur Regulierung der Auslaßöffnung 7 des Vibrationsbackenbrechers vorgesehen. Der bewegliche Backen 3 ist mit einem Vibrator 8 ausgerüstet, der zwischen den beiden abstützenden elastischen Elementen 4 und 5 angeordnet ist.
