Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen mit Mitteln zum Entnehmen von wenigstens einer vollen Vorgarnspule aus einer Vorgarnspulen bereithaltenden Transporteinrichtung, mit Mitteln zum Aufnehmen und Bereithalten des Anfangs des Vorgarns der vollen Vorgarnspule und mit Mitteln zum Entnehmen wenigstens einer leergelaufenen Vorgarnspule aus einem Gatter einer Spinnmaschine und zum Einsetzen der wenigstens einen vollen Vorgarnspule in das Gatter, wobei die wenigstens eine volle Vorgarnspule durch einen Manipulator aus der Transporteinrichtung entnommen wird.The invention relates to a roving bobbin wagon with means for removing at least one full roving bobbin from a transport device containing roving bobbins, with means for receiving and holding the beginning of the roving of the full roving bobbin and with means for removing at least one empty roving bobbin from a creel of a spinning machine and for insertion the at least one full roving spool into the creel, the at least one full roving spool being removed from the transport device by a manipulator.
Bei einem bekannten Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen dieser Art (EP-A-0 213 962) sind als Mittel zum Entnehmen der vollen Vorgarnspulen aus der Transporteinrichtung und zum Entnehmen der leergelaufener Vorgarnspulen aus einem Gatter zwei Manipulatoren vorgesehen, von denen einer die vollen Vorgarnspulen von der Transporteinrichtung entnimmt, in eine Position innerhalb des Vorgarnspulenwechselwagens überführt, in dem ihm Mittel zum Aufnehmen und Bereithalten des Anfangs des Vorgarns der vollen Vorgarnspule zustellbar sind, und der dann die volle Vorgarnspule in das Gatter einsetzt. Der zweite Manipulator entnimmt in der Zwischenzeit die leergelaufene Spulenhülse aus dem Gatter und übergibt sie an die Transporteinrichtung. Eine in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Vorrichtung bewirkt die vorübergehende Fixierung des Endes des Vorgarnes (15) an der leergelaufenen Vorgarnspule (19). Hierzu sind an der Oberseite des Vorgarnspulenwechselwagens pinselförmige Bürstelemente einschwenkbar angeordnet, die das Ende des Vorgarnes (15) an die Oberfläche der leergelaufenen Vorgarnspulen (19) anlegen. Claims (26)
wherein the manipulator (21) transfers the at least one roving bobbin to a preparation station (31) in which it is transitorily stored and which contains the means (43, 47) for picking up and presenting the beginning of the roving yarn of the at least one full roving bobbin, and wherein the manipulator removes the at least one empty roving bobbin (19) from the creel (12, 13) and transfers it to the transport means (18), and thereafter removes the at least one prepared roving bobbin (14) from the preparation station (31) and positions it in the creel (12, 13).
