Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour charger d'une bobine de papier (8) enroulée autour d'un manchon un support de bobine de papier d'une presse rotative, dans lequel, après un positionnement grossier, on aligne la bobine de papier (8) dans un plan horizontal et on la positionne en direction axiale dans un poste de réglage (B) à l'intervention du déplacement l'un vers l'autre de cônes de réglage (18), de l'introduction de ces derniers dans les extrémités du manchon de la bobine de papier (8), ainsi que du pivotement et du déplacement qui en résultent d'une butée (5, 6) pour la bobine de papier (8), tandis que les positions des cônes de réglage (18) en l'occurrence s'adaptent à la position de la bobine en direction verticale par rétroaction de la bobine de papier (8) sur ces mêmes cônes et ensuite, alors qu'un dispositif de levage (11) agit sur la butée (5, 6), se déplacent en hauteur jusqu'à ce qu'elles prennent des positions de consigne, ce qui permet à la bobine de papier (8) d'être alignée dans un plan vertical et positionnée en direction verticale, et on soumet ensuite la bobine de papier (8) à une translation transversale en direction d'un poste de transfert (A) pour son chargement sur les cônes de réception du support de bobine de papier.
  2. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un poste de transfert (A) pour le chargement d'un support de bobine de papier, un poste de réglage (B) pour l'alignement et le positionnement d'une bobine de papier (8), qui présente une paire de cônes de réglage (18) aptes à se déplacer l'un vers l'autre, qui sont fixés de telle sorte qu'ils puissent se déplacer exclusivement en direction verticale en étant soumis à une influence externe, ainsi qu'une butée (5, 6) rotative autour d'un axe vertical et apte à se déplacer en direction de l'axe de la bobine de papier (8) à des fins de réception de cette dernière, un plateau roulant (5) pour le déplacement transversal et un dispositif de levage (11) pour le positionnement de la butée en direction verticale et l'alignement de cette dernière dans un plan vertical, dans lequel la butée peut être bloquée par rapport au plateau roulant (5) et, à l'état non bloqué, peut pivoter autour d'un axe vertical et se déplacer en direction de l'axe de la bobine de papier (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les cônes de réglage (18) sont fixés à des colonnes de réglage (14) mutuellement opposées, qui peuvent se déplacer l'une vers l'autre.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les colonnes de réglage (14) sont suspendues en déplacement à une traverse (13) d'un portique.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la traverse présente au moins une crémaillère (15) dans laquelle viennent s'engrener des pignons entraînés par des moteurs et fixés aux colonnes de réglage (14).
