Claims (9)

  1. Fraiseuse pour démolir un revêtement routier, composé d'asphalte, de béton, ou autres, avec un premier moteur de commande (9), disposé sur un châssis (1) et prévu pour ce dernier, et avec un bâti-guide (13), disposé sur le châssis (1), à la transversale de l'axe médian longitudinal (14) de ce dernier, et prévu pour un support (30), qui est fixé sur un chariot (17), mobile sur le bâti-guide (13) à la transversale du sens longitudinal (14) du châssis, et qui supporte une tête de fraisage (39, 39a), dirigée vers le sol (3), la tête de fraisage (39, 39a) étant reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un rotor scarificateur (38) vertical, à un second moteur de commande (37) pour le rotor (38), et le chariot (17) pouvant se déplacer à la transversale de l'axe longitudinal (14) du châssis, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de commande (20), caractérisée en ce que le châssis (1) est orientable, et en ce que le support est un bras télescopique (30) de section rectangulaire, réglable en longueur, qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal (14) du châssis, est fixé, par l'une de ses extrémités, sur le chariot (17), dépasse du châssis (1) par son autre extrémité, et maintient une plaque-support (31) verticale de la tête de fraisage, cette plaque supportant le second moteur de commande (37) pour le rotor scarificateur (38), ainsi que le rotor (38), et le rotor scarificateur (38) étant supporté, en plusieurs points de préférence, entre le moteur (37) et la tête de fraisage (39, 39a).
  2. Fraiseuse suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rotor scarificateur (38) se compose d'un matériau plein.
  3. Fraiseuse suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le châssis (1) est réglable en hauteur, la tête de fraisage (39, 39a) étant disposée sur le bras-support (30) à une hauteur fixe.
  4. Fraiseuse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bâti-guide (13), avec le chariot (17), le bras-support (30) et la tête de fraisage (39, 39a), forme une unité de montage.
  5. Fraiseuse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bâti-guide (13) dépasse latéralement du châssis (1), et se compose de préférence de deux traverses (15), situées à la transversale de l'axe longitudinal (14) du châssis, dotées d'une section en U, et tournées l'une vers l'autre par leurs ouvertures.
  6. Fraiseuse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la tête de fraisage (39) est un corps de base (44) cylindrique, garni de dents piocheuses (47) sur sa face frontale (46), tournée vers le sol (3), et sur la surface périphérique (49) prolongeant cette dernière, les dents piocheuses (47), disposées sur la surface périphérique (49), formant de préférence une spire en forme d'hélice, de sorte qu'il en résulte, en combinaison avec le sens de rotation, un mouvement de transport dirigé vers le haut, à la verticale.
  7. Fraiseuse suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que des dents piocheuses (47), dont l'axe médian longitudinal se situe sous un angle de 45°, de préférence, par rapport à l'axe (50) du rotor scarificateur, sont disposées sur le bord (48), formé entre la face frontale (46) et la surface périphérique (49).
  8. Fraiseuse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la tête de fraisage (39a) est une croix de poutres, les côtés longitudinaux (54), tournés vers le sol, ainsi que les faces frontales externes (55), étant garnis de dents piocheuses (47).
  9. Fraiseuse suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une dent piocheuse (47), qui se situe de préférence sous un angle de 45° environ par rapport à l'axe vertical (50) du rotor scarificateur, est prévue sur chaque bord (56), entre le côté longitudinal (54) et la face frontale externe (55).
