Da der Wasserkasten mit erfindungsgemäß gestalteten Wehren ausgestattet ist, hat die Oberflächenspannung der Feuchtflüssigkeit keinen Einfluß auf die gleichmäßige Strömung der Feuchtflüssigkeit im Wasserkasten.
