Claims (11)

  1. Porte (10) ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante pour obturer des cloisons extérieures de bâtiments, avec au moins deux battants (14) qui sont assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière articulée et guidés en translation dans un longeron de châssis dormant horizontal (15), supérieur et inférieur, par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de guidage (17,18), et qui peuvent être déplacés d'une position fermée étirée à une position ouverte repliée par un mouvement de pliage en accordéon les battants chaque fois voisins étant mutuellement assemblés par l'intermédiaire d'un axe de charnière respectif commun (16), et les dispositifs de guidage étant chaque fois raccordés à un corps de charnière (19), qui est disposé dans un espace creux (28) entre deux battants voisins, qui s'étend verticalement et qui est muni de bras (20) qui s'étendent horizontalement et sont traversés par un goujon de charnière (21), et les parties de charnière (22) fixées sur les battants concernés étant raccordées en pivotement autour du goujon de charnière en étant disposées entre les bras, caractérisée en ce que deux battants chaque fois voisins (11) sont, dans la région de leur joint de séparation s'étendant verticalement, rendus étanches au moyen de joints d'étanchéité (30) sans pression, munis de baguettes aimantées respectives (31) situées à l'intérieur.
  2. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité à lèvre (34) est prévu tout autour du côté extérieur sur le châssis dormant (1), joint qui, lorsque les battants (13,14) sont fermés, s'applique tout autour sur les longerons (29) des battants (13,14), en incluant les joints d'étanchéité (30) qui s'étendent verticalement.
  3. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'en présence d'un battant supplémentaire (13), pivotant uniquement autour d'un axe vertical, un joint d'étanchéité plat (36) servant de joint de butée est prévu dans la région de transition avec le battant coulissant voisin (14), joint qui se situe dans le même plan que les joints d'étanchéité verticaux sans pression qui sont présents dans la région de séparation des autres battants (14).
  4. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de guidage sont constitués d'un chariot de roulement (17) et d'un chariot de guidage (18), le chariot de roulement (17) étant muni de galets de roulement (24) et de galets d'appui (26), et le chariot de guidage (18) étant muni exclusivement de galets d'appui (26).
  5. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de roulement (17) est disposé dans la région du longeron inférieur (15) de châssis dormant, et le chariot de guidage (18) dans la région du longeron supérieur de châssis dormant.
  6. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque chariot de roulement (17) est assemblé, au corps de charnière (19) respectivement associé, de manière flottante autour d'un goujon (23) s'étendant horizontalement.
  7. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de roulement (17) et le chariot de guidage (18) sont réalisés à partir de profilés identiques étirés et sont conformés, dans la région de montage des galets de roulement et/ou d'appui (24,26) en tubes carrés qui sont munis de fraisures dans la région de montage des galets de roulement et/ou d'appui (24,26).
  8. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité à lèvre enveloppant (34) s'applique dans la région du côté extérieur sur les longerons (26) des battants (13,14), et est disposé dans la région inférieure d'une chambre d'accumulation d'eau (32) qui fait le tour de la région du châssis dormant.
  9. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les parties de charnière (22) respectivement raccordées à un goujon de charnière (21) du corps de charnière (19), sont d'une construction identique à celle des parties de charnière par lesquelles deux battants voisins (14) sont mutuellement assemblés de manière directe et articulée.
  10. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les parties de charnière (22) sont fixées par l'intermédiaire de pattes de fixation (38) aux longerons (29) des battants (13,14), les pattes de fixation (38) étant enfilées dans des rainures correspondantes des longerons (29).
  11. Porte ou fenêtre pliante et coulissante selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les chariots de roulement (17) sont munis d'au moins deux galets de roulement (24) disposés l'un à la suite de l'autre dans le sens de coulissement, et sont soutenus et guidés sur une seule glissière (23) prévue dans le longeron inférieur (15) de châssis dormant.
