Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de morfina-6-glucurónido de fórmula (I) siguiente en la que R1 es un grupo heteroaromático de 5 eslabones eventualmente sustituido con uno o varios sustituyentes elegidos entre átomos de halógeno y los grupos alquilo(C1-C4), halógeno, hidroxilo, haloalquilo(C1-C4), haloalquiloxi(C1-C4), alquiloxi(C1-C4), aril-alquilo(C1-C4) y arilo, estando dicho grupo arilo eventualmente sustituido con uno o varios grupos elegidos entre los grupos alquilo(C1-C4), haloalquilo(C1-C4), hidroxilo y alquiloxi(C1-C4), en forma de base o de sal de adición a un ácido así como en el estado de hidrato o de solvato. La presente invención tiene también por objeto su procedimiento de preparación y su aplicación en terapéutica.
