Abstract
Настоящая заявка обеспечивает способ получения карбонильного соединения ацеталя, используемого в качестве промежуточного соединения для получения этиленгликоля, который предусматривает стадию, на которой сырьевой материал ацеталь и сырьевой газообразный монооксид углерода проходят через реактор, загруженный катализатором, содержащим кислотное микропористое кремнийалюмофосфатное молекулярное сито, для проведения реакции карбонилирования. В способе настоящего изобретения скорость конверсии сырьевого материала ацеталя высока, и селективность карбонилирования ацеталя высока, и срок службы катализатора длинный, и никакого дополнительного растворителя не требуется в процессе реакции, и условия реакции относительно умеренные, а процесс непрерывный, что показывает потенциал для промышленного применения. Кроме того, продукт - карбонильное соединение ацеталя - можно использовать для получения этиленгликоля путем гидрирования с последующим гидролизом.
