Abstract
Фармацевтическая композиция, приготовленная из микрочастиц, для пролонгированного высвобождения действующего вещества, по меньшей мере, в течение периода, охватывающего шестой месяц после инъекции указанной композиции, причем указанная композиция содержит группу микрочастиц, изготовленных из сополимера типа PLGA, который включает действующее вещество в форме водонерастворимой соли пептида; кроме того, указанный сополимер включает по меньшей мере 75% молочной кислоты и имеет характеристическую вязкость между 0,1 и 0,9 дл/г согласно измерению в хлороформе при 25°С и при концентрации полимера 0,5 г/дл; помимо этого указанные микрочастицы имеют распределение по размеру, определенное следующим образом: D (v,0.1) - между 10 и 30 мкм, D (v,0.5) - между 30 и 70 мкм, D (v,0.9) - между 50 и 110 мкм.
