Abstract
Настоящее изобретение применяется в системах осушения потока шлама, содержащих первый сепаратор для отделения предметов крупнее первого размера от потока шлама, чтобы получить поток первично обработанного шлама, второй сепаратор для приема потока первично обработанного шлама и отделения предметов крупнее второго размера от потока первично обработанного шлама, чтобы получить поток дополнительно обработанного шлама, причем второй размер меньше, чем первый размер, и, факультативно, третий сепаратор для приема потока дополнительно обработанного шлама и для отделения предметов крупнее третьего размера от потока дополнительно обработанного шлама, причем третий размер меньше, чем первый и второй размеры. В первом аспекте первый сепаратор предпочтительно содержит ряд опор сетчатого мата, поочередно соединенных с основной секцией опорной рамы и подвижной секцией опорной рамы, так что гибкий сетчатый мат может встряхиваться подвижной секцией опорной рамы, причем предусмотрен коллектор для сбора первично обработанного шлама, проходящего через гибкий сетчатый мат. Канал для подачи воды с взвешенными в ней твердыми частицами в третий сепаратор содержит входной участок для приема потока воды с взвешенными в ней твердыми частицами, причем входной участок задает направление входного потока и имеет максимальную входную ширину в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению входного потока, выходной участок для спуска потока воды с взвешенными в ней частицами, причем выходной участок задает направление выходного потока и имеет максимальную выходную ширину в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению выходного потока,
