Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения фармакологически активного R-энантиомера N-карбамоилметил-4-фенил-2-пирролидинона (R-карфедона). Способ его получения включает N-алкилирование 4(R)-фенил-2-пирролидинона этиловым эфиром бромуксусной кислоты в присутствии сильного основания, с последующей обработкой промежуточного N-алкоксикарбонилметил-4(R)-фенил-2-пирролидинона аммиаком.
