Abstract

Изобретение относится к области защиты от подделки и проверке подлинности ценных документов, в частности к изготовлению и производству оптических защитных элементов, несущих скрытое изображение, невидимое в естественном свете невооруженным глазом и визуализируемое при наблюдении его через поляризационный фильтр. Согласно изобретению предусмотрен способ изготовления оптического поляризационного защитного элемента, в котором наносят отражательный слой 2 по меньшей мере на один участок подложки 1, впечатывают скрытое изображение 3 по меньшей мере на один участок подложки 1, покрытый отражательным слоем 2 методом прямой печати с помощью бесцветной прозрачной жидкой композиции, осуществляют предварительно заданное структурирование по меньшей мере одного участка слоя, несущего указанное скрытое изображение на предварительно заданную глубину с обеспечением оптической анизотропии в указанном структурированном участке слоя, которая обуславливает обеспечение невидимости изображения 3 при наблюдении его невооруженным глазом и четкого контрастного изображения при просмотре в поляризованном свете, наносят тонкий прозрачный защитный слой 4 по всей поверхности защитного поляризационного элемента, при этом коэффициент преломления защитного слоя 4, по существу, совпадает с коэффициентом преломления участка слоя, несущего скрытое изображение 3. Согласно изобретению предусмотрен также оптический поляризационный элемент, изготовленный указанным способом.The invention relates to the field of protection against forgery and authentication of valuable documents, in particular to the manufacture and production of optical protective elements carrying a latent image that is invisible in natural light with the naked eye and visualized when observed through a polarizing filter. According to the invention also provides ptichesky polarizing element made in this way.
