Abstract

Двухцепочечные короткие интерферирующие рибонуклеиновые кислоты (siPHK) модифицируют для уменьшения или устранения их иммуностимулирующего эффекта без значительного влияния на их эффект преобразования генов в подавленные гены. Модифицированные siPHK включают одну или несколько 2'-модификаций сахара и необязательно модификации межнуклеотидных связей в смысловой цепи. Раскрыты композиции, содержащие модифицированные siPHK, и способы получения и применения модифицированных siPHK. Можно синтезировать новые и ранее охарактеризованные siPHK, включающие модификации в соответствии с настоящим изобретением.
