Abstract
Изобретение относится к области медицины, в частности, к способу лазерного лечения сколиоза и к системе для его осуществления. Способ включает механическое смещение или предварительное полное либо частичное удаление пульпозного ядра межпозвонкового диска, механическую корректировку формы позвоночника и фиксацию заданной скорректированной формы позвоночника, выдержку во времени между фиксацией заданной скорректированной формы позвоночника и приложением лазерного облучения, стабилизирующего заданную форму позвоночника, лазерное облучение области деформированной хрящевой ткани для обеспечения стабилизации заданной формы позвоночника последовательно в режиме релаксации напряжений хрящевой ткани для кратковременного увеличения пластичности хрящевой ткани межпозвонкового диска и в режиме регенерации области хрящевой ткани межпозвонкового диска, в которой необходима дополнительная хрящевая ткань, обеспечивающая поддержание заданной формы позвоночника, а также контроль формы и положения оси позвоночника и диагностику физико-химического и механического состояния хрящевой ткани межпозвонкового диска на всех этапах воздействия. Система для осуществления способа лечения сколиоза содержит средство для механического смещения или полного либо частичного удаления пульпозного ядра межпозвонкового диска, средство для механической корректировки положения оси и формы позвоночника, средство для фиксации заданной скорректированной формы позвоночника, по меньшей мере один источник лазерного излучения, обеспечивающий последовательное облучение хрящевой ткани межпозвонкового диска дляThe invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to a method of laser treatment of scoliosis and to a system for its implementation. The method includes mechanical displacement or preliminary complete or partial removal of the pulpous nucleus of the intervertebral disc, mechanical adjustment of the spinal shape and fixation of a given corrected shape of the spine, time delay between fixation of a given corrected shape of the spine and application of laser irradiation stabilizing the given shape of the spine, laser irradiation of the deformed cartilage tissues to ensure the stabilization of a given shape of the spine consistently in the relaxation of cartilage tissue stresses for a short-term increase in plasticity of the intervertebral cartilage tissue and in the regeneration mode of the intervertebral disc cartilage region in which additional cartilage tissue is needed to maintain the given spinal shape, as well as control the shape and position of the spinal axis and diagnose physico-chemical and mechanical condition of the cartilage tissue of the intervertebral disk at all stages of exposure.
