Abstract
Описаны способы получения инсулина в растениях. В одном варианте данное изобретение относится к способу экспрессии инсулина в растениях, включающему: (а) получение конструкции химерной нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащейся в 5'-3' направлении транскрипции в виде функционально связанных компонентов: (i) последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты, способной контролировать экспрессию в клетках семян растений; и (ii) последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей полипептид инсулина; (b) введение конструкции химерной нуклеиновой кислоты в клетку растения; и (с) выращивание клетки растений в зрелом растении, способном давать семена, где семена экспрессируют инсулин.
