Abstract
Раскрыты способы для образования дисульфидных связей, особенно в белках, пептидах и аминокислотах и реагенты, применяемые в этих способах. Способы и реагенты являются особенно полезными для контролируемого гликозилирования белков, пептидов и аминокислот. В этих способах в качестве реагентов или промежуточных соединений используют тиосульфонатные или селененилсульфидные соединения. Некоторые белки и пептиды, содержащие селененилсульфидные группы, также составляют часть данного изобретения.
