Abstract
Предлагаемое изобретение относится к области медицины и может быть использовано для получения мягкой лекарственной формы, предназначенной для лечения различных микозов кожи. Фармацевтический состав, обладающий противогрибковой активностью, содержащий тербинафина гидрохлорид, основу, консервант, антиоксидант, эмульгатор, липофильную составляющую и растворитель, дополнительно содержит кератолитик при следующем содержании компонентов, мас %:В качестве основы фармацевтический состав может содержать полиэтиленоксид 400 и полиэтиленоксид 1500, в качестве консерванта - натрия бензоат, в качестве антиоксиданта - дибунол, в качестве эмульгатора - моноглицерид дистиллированный и эмульгатор № 1, в качестве липофильной составляющей - оливковое масло, в качестве растворителя - пропиленгликоль, в качестве кератолитика - мочевину. Способ получения фармацевтического состава, обладающего противогрибковой активностью, заключается в том, что смешивают основу с консервантом и эмульгаторами, добавляют липофильную составляющую и заранее приготовленный раствор тербинафина гидрохлорида в растворителе с добавлением антиоксиданта и кератолитика, эмульгируют крем, охлаждают и выдерживают для созревания. Смешивание основы с консервантом натрия бензоатом и эмульгаторами осуществляют при температуре 60-80°C, эмульгирование крема – при 28-55°C. Охлаждают крем до 28-35°C. Раствор тербинафина гидрохлорида в растворителе пропиленгликоле готовят при температуре 40-55°C. Технический результат от использования заключается в повышении антибактериальных и противовоспалительных свойств препарата.The present invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used to obtain a soft dosage form intended for the treatment of various mycoses of the skin. The method of obtaining a pharmaceutical composition with antifungal activity consists in mixing the base with preservative and emulsifiers, adding a lipophilic component and a previously prepared solution of terbinafine hydrochloride in a solvent with the addition of an antioxidant and keratolytic, emulsifying the cream, cooling and allowing it to mature. Mixing the base with the preservative sodium benzoate and emulsifiers is carried out at a temperature of 60-80 ° C, emulsification of the cream - at 28-55 ° C. Cool the cream to 28-35 ° C. A solution of terbinafine hydrochloride in propylene glycol solvent is prepared at a temperature of 40-55 ° C. The technical result from the use is to increase the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of the drug.
