Abstract

Носитель лекарственного средства 10, имеющий расположенные по отдельности первый и второй экраны 12, 14, каждый из которых имеет поверхности 12В, 14В, очерчивающие множество промежутков 12А, 14А. Носитель 10 содержит измельченные в порошок, агломерированные частицы лекарственного средства SM, нанесенные на поверхность 12В первого экрана таким образом, что промежутки 12А первого экрана 12, по меньшей мере, частично открыты и свободны от агломерированных частиц лекарственного средства SM. При направлении на носитель воздушного потока для захвата агломерированных, измельченных в порошок частиц лекарственного средства SM и удаления их с первого экрана 12 через промежутки 14А второго экрана 14 агломерированные, измельченные в порошок частицы лекарственного средства SM дробятся градиентами воздушного потока, создаваемыми первым и вторым экранами 12, 14 и контактом с поверхностью 14В второго экрана 14 для получения частиц, имеющих подходящий для вдыхания размер.
