Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству и способу для отделения хлопкового волокна. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что верхняя пластина снабжена средствами для подачи хлопка-сырца с пухом и семенами, который поступает на ее верхнюю поверхность, в зазор между пластинами; при этом верхняя пластина снабжена рядом зон, каждая из которых имеет режущую кромку, образующую нож на ее нижней поверхности; при этом обеспечивается подача хлопка в названный зазор во время вращения пластин относительно друг друга и протаскивание его через названные режущие кромки, пух отделяется от семян, срезанный таким образом пух (прядки) удаляется, а семена собираются в отдельный приемник. Волокноотделение выполняется, в основном, на месте, рядом с посевными площадями на центральных хлопкоочистительных заводах.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.The present invention relates to a device and method for separating cotton fiber. The essence of the invention is that the upper plate is provided with means for feeding raw cotton with fluff and seeds, which is fed to its upper surface, into the gap between the plates; the upper plate is provided with a number of zones, each of which has a cutting edge forming a knife on its lower surface; this ensures that cotton is fed into the said gap during rotation of the plates relative to each other and pulling it through the said cutting edges, the fluff is separated from the seeds, the fluff (strands) thus cut is removed, and the seeds are collected in a separate receiver. The fiber separation is carried out mainly on site, next to the acreage at the central cotton-processing plants. The international application was published along with an international search report.
