Claims (11)

1. Fremgangsmåde til afsvovlning af en gasblanding indeholdende svovlbrinte (H2S) og kuldioxid (CO2) ved hjælp af selektiv absorption af H2S til et basisk absorptionsmiddel og efterfølgende oxidation af det absorberede H2S med et oxidationsmiddel, idet i) der som gasblanding, der skal afsvovles, anvendes en brændbar biogas indeholdende H2 og/eller CH4; ii) der efter det absorptionstrin, der er gennemført i mindst en absorptionsreaktor (1), gennemføres et faseadskillelsestrin til adskillelse af den flydende fase i form af det sulfidberigede absorptionsmiddel fra gasfasen, der indeholder de brændbare gaskomponenter, i mindst en separator (3); og iii) den således afgassede flydende fase overføres via en ledning (4), der for at forhindre genblanding (backmixing) af de to faser omfatter en eller flere vandlåse, kontraventiler eller -klapper eller svømmerstyrede eller elektronisk niveaustyrede afledere (5), fra den mindst ene separator (3) til mindst en oxidationsreaktor (2), hvor den bringes i kontakt med et oxidationsmiddel for at oxidere sulfidet til elementært svovl og/eller svovl med højere oxidationstrin.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at oxidationsmidlet omfatter brintoverilte (H2O2).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der som absorptionsmiddel anvendes en vandig opløsning af et alkalisk metalhydroxid.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at sulfidet oxideres til elementært svovl.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der som yderligere trin iv) genanvendes en del af den flydende fase, som blev opnået i oxidationstrin iii) som oxidationsmiddel.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der i absorptionstrinnet indstilles kontakttider mellem den gasblanding, der skal afsvovles, og absorptionsmidlet på under 0,1 s, under 0,08 s eller under 0,05 s.
7. Anordning til afsvovling af en gasblanding indeholdende svovlbrinte (FbS) og kuldioxid (CO2) ved hjælp af selektiv absorption og efterfølgende oxidation, omfattende mindst en absorptionsreaktor (1) til kemisorption af den gasblanding, der skal afsvovles, til absorptionsmidlet, og mindst en oxidationsreaktor (2) til reaktion af det således FbS-berigede absorptionsmiddel med et oxidationsmiddel, idet til afsvovling af gasblandinger indeholdende brændbare komponenter, som f.eks. H2 og/eller CH4, i) der mellem den mindst ene absorptionsreaktor (1) og den mindst ene oxidationsreaktor (2) er koblet mindst en separator (3) til faseadskillelse af den blanding, der er dannet i den mindst ene absorptionsreaktor (1) bestående af en flydende fase og en gasfase; og ii) der fra den mindst ene separator (3) udgår en gastæt ledning (4) til overførsel af den flydende fase til oxidationsreaktoren/oxidationsreaktoreme (2), som for at forhindre genblanding af de to faser omfatter en eller flere vandlåse, kontraventiler eller -klapper eller svømmerstyrede eller elektronisk niveaustyrede afledere (5).
8. Anordning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at reaktorerne (1, 2) er valgt blandt reaktor med omrøring, rørreaktorer og navnlig statiske blandere.
9. Anordning ifølge krav 7 eller 8, kendetegnet ved, at separatoren (3) er en tågeseparator valgt blandt kontaktseparatorer og cyklonseparatorer.
10. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 7 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at den gastætte ledning (4) omfatter en niveaustyret pumpe og/eller en svømmerstyret afleder (5).
11. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 7 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at nogle af fødeledningeme til og udgangsledningeme fra reaktorerne (1,2) kan påføres tryk og/eller omfatter en eller flere dyser (6).
