Claims (12)
1. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering, der omfatter (a) mindst én fedtsyre, hvor den mindst ene fedtsyre er i dens frie fedtsyreform og har herbicidaktivitet, (b) en eller flere N-monoalkyl- og N,N-dialkyl-alkylcarboxamid(er) med formel (I): R^--CO--NR^-R^ (I) hvori R^ er en uforgrenet, mættet alkylgruppe med 5 til 11 carbonatomer, R^ er Ci-Ce-alkyl, og R^ er H eller Ci-Ce-alkyl, og (c) mindst én emulgatorbestanddel.
2. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge krav 1, hvor den mindst ene fedtsyre er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af capryl-, pelargon- og caprlnsyrer eller blandinger af capryl-, pelargon-, caprin- og laurinsyrer.
3. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 2, hvor den mindst ene emulgatorbestanddel er mindst ét ikke-ionisk overfladeaktivt stof.
4. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge krav 3, hvor det mindst ene ikke-ioniske overfladeaktive stof er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af alkoxylerede alkoholer, ethoxylerede alkoholer, ethopropoxylerede alkoholer, alkylphenolethoxylater, alkoxylerede trlstyrylphenoler, alkoxylerede tributylphenoler, alkylamlnethoxylater, ethoxylerede vegetabilske olier, herunder deres hydrogenater, polyaddukter af ethylenoxid og propylenoxid, ethoxylerede fedtsyrer, ikke-ioniske polymere overfladeaktive stoffer, sorbitanestere og deres ethoxylater, sorbitolestere, propylenglycolestere af fedtsyrer og polyglycerolestere.
5. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor den mindst ene fedtsyre er en blanding af capryl- og caprinsyre.
6. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den ene eller de flere N-monoalkyl- og N,N-dialkyl-alkylcarboxamid(er) er N,N-dimethyl-n-decanamid eller en blanding af N,N-dimethyl-n-octanamid og N,N-dimethyl-n-decanamid .
7. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor de(n) ikke-ioniske overfladeaktive stof(fer) er mindst to typer af ikke-ioniske overfladeaktive stoffer, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af mindst én ethoxyleret vegetabilsk olie og mindst én alkoxyleret alkohol, og hvor den ethoxylerede vegetabilske olie er en ricinusoliepolyglycolether, og den alkoxylerede alkohol er en ethopropoxyleret alkohol og/eller en ethopropoxyleret tristyrylphenol.
8. Emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor formuleringen yderligere omfatter mindst ét organisk opløsningsmiddel.
9. Fortyndet vandig sammensætning, der omfatter en emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8.
10. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af uønskede planter på et bladlocus, der omfatter behandling af bladlocuset med en fortyndet, vandig sammensætning ifølge krav 9 eller en sammensætning opnået ved emulgering af en emulgerbar koncentratformulering ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8 i vand.
11. Anvendelse af en fortyndet, vandig sammensætning ifølge krav 9 som et herbicid og/eller tørremiddel.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af den emulgerbare koncentratformulering ifølge krav 1 ved hjælp af blanding af (a) mindst én fedtsyre, hvor den mindst ene fedtsyre er i dens frie fedtsyreform og har herbicidaktivitet. (b) en eller flere N-monoalkyl- og N,N-dialkyl-alkylcarboxamid(er) med formel (I): R^--CO--NR^-R^ (I) hvori R^ er en uforgrenet, mættet alkylgruppe med 5 til 11 carbonatomer, R^ er Ci-Ce-alkyl, og R^ er H eller Ci-Ce-alkyl, og (c) mindst én emulgatorbestanddel.
