Claims (8)

1. Drivmekanisme til en lægemiddeladministrationsanordning (1) , som omfatter: - en stempelstang (11), der forskydes i distal retning (25) til dispensering af en dosis og i proksimal retning (26) til nulstilling, og - en elastisk del (20), der virker på stempelstangen (11) under nulstilling og tenderer mod at begrænse bevægelsen af stempelstangen (11) i den proksimale retning (26), hvor - den elastiske del (20) er en påvirkningsdel (20) beregnet til automatisk nulstilling, hvor drivmekanismen yderligere omfatter: en roterbar drivdel (16), der er i gevindindgreb med stempelstangen (11), - et hus (2) - en låsemøtrik (13), der er frigørligt rotationslåst til huset (2) og i gevindindgreb med stempelstangen (11), og - en patronholder (3), der kan påmonteres eller afmonteres, idet låsemøtrikken (13) er rotationslåst til huset (2), når patronholderen (3) er påmonteret, og ikke er rotationslåst til huset (2), når patronholderen (3) er afmonteret, der er kendetegnet ved, at - drivdelen (16) roterer under dispensering af dosen, hvor påvirkningsdelen belastes ved rotation af drivdelen (16) under dispensering af dosen og tenderer mod at rotere stempelstangen (11) i forhold til drivdelen (16) på en sådan måde, at stempelstangen (11) skrues ind i drivdelen (16) og derved fremføres i den proksimale retning (26), indtil påvirkningsdelen (20) er relakseret, og bevægelsen af stempelstangen (11) i den proksimale retning (26) er stoppet, - påvirkningsdelen (20) er i klinkeindgreb med låsemøtrikken (13) og med drivdelen (16), således at påvirkningsdelen (20) belastes, når drivdelen (16) roterer i forhold til huset (2) under dispensering af dosen, og - påvirkningsdelen (20) relakserer, når rotationslåsningen af låsemøtrikken (13) fjernes, hvilket resulterer i en rotation af låsemøtrikken (13) og en tilsvarende rotation af stempelstangen (11) i forhold til drivdelen (16).
2. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor påvirkningsdelen (20) er en spiralformet fjeder, der er anbragt coaksialt med stempelstangen (11).
3. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den elastiske del (20) belastes ved rotation af drivdelen (16) i forhold til huset (2) .
4. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den elastiske del (20) er beregnet til at drive stempelstangen (11) i den distale retning (25) til en start- eller foraktiveret position.
5. Lægemiddeladministrationsanordning (1), der omfatter en drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4.
6. Lægemiddeladministrationsanordning (1) ifølge krav 5, hvor den aftagelige patronholder (3) er beregnet til isætning af en patron (8).
7. Lægemiddeladministrationsanordning (1) ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor anordningen (1) er en pentype anordning.
8. Lægemiddeladministrationsanordning (1) ifølge et af kravene 5 til 7, hvor anordningen (1) er beregnet til administration af faste doser.
