Claims (15)
1. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion, der i det mindste omfatter: - en elektrisk bueovn (10) til i det mindste cyklisk at smelte ladningsmateriale, som omfatter opdelte stykker (71) af j ernskrot; - organer til i det mindste cyklisk effektgenerering (30, 31, 32) under smeltningen fra den termiske energi, der er indbefattet i den varme udstødning fra processen (toppen af ovnen 20) fra den elektriske bueovn (10); og - fremføringsorganer (50, 51, ...), ved hjælp af hvilke (50, 51, ···) den elektriske bueovn (10) under en smelteprocescyklus bliver kontinuerligt tilført i det mindste de stykker (71) af jernskrot, der er opdelt af et opdelingssystem (40), kendetegnet ved, at - opdelingssystemet (40), - er tildelt til den elektriske bueovn (10) til at opdele kasseret jern- og/eller stålaffald (skrot 70), og er drevet af en elektrisk motor (41), hvori den elektriske motor (41) bliver kraftforsynet under en smelteprocescyklus med elektrisk energi, der er indvundet af organerne til effektgenerering (30, 31, 32).
2. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske bueovn (10) er fremstillet af en ovnskal (13), der er fremstillet af ildfast materiale og/eller omfatter vandkølede elementer, og et ovntag (14), der altid er lukket under den kontinuerlige tilførsel af stykker (71) af jernskrot, hvori der og på samme tid er arrangeret en tilførselsåbning (15) ved en væg (13.1) fra ovnskallen (13) og/eller ved ovntaget (14), hvilken (15) tillader kontinuerligt at tilføre den elektriske bueovn (10) stykkerne (71) af jernskrot, der er opdelt af opdelingssystemet (40).
3. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske bueovn (10) omfatter en ovnskal (13), der er dimensioneret på en sådan måde, at der indvendig er tilstrækkelig plads til 90 % eller til 80 % eller til 70 % af den maksimale mængde af opdelte stykker af jernskrot i usmeltet form, som bliver smeltet i løbet af én cyklus af en smelteproces.
4. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske bueovn (10) omfatter organer (16) til at danne skummende slagge i en sådan mængde, at buerne bliver i det mindste delvis dæmpede af skummende lag af slagge.
5. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske bueovn (10) omfatter en udledningsåbning (17) til slagger, der er arrangeret ved ovnvæggen (13.3) fra ovnskallen (13) på en sådan måde, at den (17) er placeret ved en niveauhøjde, der er afgrænset eller kan afgrænses i forhold til smeltebadet af et glider- eller propsystem på en sådan måde, at et overløb af skummende slagge drænes af ifølge overløbsprincippet, så snart at smeltebadet har nået et vist niveau.
6. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er arrangeret en åbning (18) til at tappe stål ved eller nær bunden af ovnen (13.2) .
7. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at en del af det væskeformige stål vil blive udledt fra stålbadet til en stålstøbeske (3) , hvilken (3a) er udstyret med en tud (4) ved sin rand, som overlapper randen af en tilstødende stålstøbeske (3b) for at garantere en problemfri udskiftning af støbeskeen (3, 3a, 3b, ...) under den kontinuerlige strøm af stål.
8. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er indbefattet et computerbaseret proceskontrolsystem (80), der gør det muligt at styre ubegrænset afgrænselige tilførselshastigheder på en sådan måde, at de ladede materialer er i balance med den krævede smelteenergi.
9. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er tildelt i det mindste ét vejesystem (52) til fremføringsorganerne (50, 51, . . .) til at detektere den aktuelle tilførselshastighed for j ernskrot (71).
10. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er tildelt et udskilningsapparat (53) til fremføringsorganerne (50, 51, . . . ) , i særdeleshed med optiske fremgangsmåder eller organer med overvågningskameraer, som detekterer og udskiller stykker af jernskrot (71), der overskrider forud afgrænsede dimensioner.
11. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske energi bliver opnået direkte eller indirekte eller ved hjælp af en genvindingskedel (30) fra den termiske energi, der er indeholdt i den varme udstødning (20) fra processen i den elektriske bueovn (10) .
12. Facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske bueovn (10) er en elektrisk bueovn til vekselstrøm (AC) eller en elektrisk bueovn til jævnstrøm (DC).
13. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille stål i en facilitet (1) ifølge ét af de foregående krav, hvorved: der bliver uafbrudt eller i det mindste cyklisk smeltet ladningsmateriale i en elektrisk bueovn (10); ladningsmaterialet, der omfatter opdelte stykker (71) af jernskrot, som er opdelt i et opdelingssystem (40) til at opdele kasseret jern- og/eller stålaffald (skrot 70), direkte reduceret jern (DRI) og/eller jernbriketter (HBI), bliver kontinuerligt tilført ind i den elektriske bueovn (10) ved hjælp af en fremfører (50, 51, . ..); - en del af væskeformigt stål bliver uafbrudt eller cyklisk udledt fra stålbadet i den elektriske bueovn (10); og hvorved - der fra den termiske energi, der er indbefattet i den varme udstødning fra processen (toppen af ovnen 20) fra den elektriske bueovn (10), bliver der genereret elektrisk energi ved hjælp af organer til effektgenerering (30, 31, 32) under en smelteprocescyklus; kendetegnet ved, at - et opdelingssystem (40), - er tildelt til den elektriske bueovn (10) til at opdele kasseret jern- og/eller stålaffald (skrot 70), - og bliver kraftforsynet under smelteprocescyklussen med den elektriske energi, der er genereret fra udstødningen fra processen (toppen af ovnen 20) .
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvorved den elektriske bueovn (10) er udført til uafbrudt at smelte ladningsmateriale, der omfatter opdelte stykker (71) af jernskrot, direkte reduceret jern (DRI) og/eller jernbriketter (HBI), kendetegnet ved, at en del af væskeformigt stål bliver uafbrudt udledt fra stålbadet i den elektriske bueovn (10) via en åbning (18) til at tappe stål, der er arrangeret ved eller nær bunden af ovnen (13.2), og ladningsmaterialet bliver uafbrudt ladet via fremføringsanordninger (50, 51, ...) til den elektriske bueovn.
15. Fremgangsmåde til at benytte den elektriske energi, der er opnået ved hjælp af effektgenereringsanordninger (30, 31, 32) fra den termiske energi, som er indbefattet i den varme udstødning (20) fra processen i en elektrisk bueovn (10), der uafbrudt eller i det mindste cyklisk smelter ladningsmateriale, som omfatter opdelte stykker (71) af jernskrot, til at kraftforsyne et opdelingssystem (40) uafbrudt eller under cyklussen af en smelteproces, som, tilknyttet til den elektriske bueovn (10), opdeler kasseret jern- og/eller stålaffald (skrot 70) i en facilitet (1) til stålproduktion ifølge ét af de foregående krav.
