Abstract
Bu buluş, bir çelik üretim tesisi (1) ve söz konusu çelik üretim tesisinde (1) kesintisiz ya da en azından döngüsel çelik yapım yöntemiyle ilgili olup kesintisiz çelik yapımının söz konusu olması durumunda, takip eden aşamaların en az ilk üçü ve döngüsel çelik yapımının söz konusu olması durumunda ise, takip eden beş aşamanın tamamı kullanılacaktır: - şarj malzemeleri elektrikli ark fırını (10) içerisinde kesintisiz bir şekilde ya da en azından döngüsel biçimde eritilmektedir - özelikle, ıskarta ürün ve/veya ıskarta çelik (hurda) (70), Doğrudan İndirgenmiş Demir (DRI) ve/veya preslenmiş Sıcak Briketlenmiş Demirin (HBI) kırpılmasında kullanılan bir kırpma sisteminde (40) kırpılan hurda demir parçaları (71) gibi şarj malzemeleri, kesintisiz bir şekilde ya da en azından bir eritme prosesi döngüsü sırasında sürekli bir şekilde, taşıma yollarıyla elektrikli ark fırınına (10) beslenmektedir; - sıvı çeliğin bir kısmı, kesintisiz olarak ya da döngüsel biçimde elektrikli ark fırınının (10) çelik banyosundan deşarj edilmektedir; - elektrikli ark fırınının (10) sıcak proses egzozunda (fırın üstü) (20) bulunan termik enerjiden, güç üretimi yoluyla, kesintisiz olarak ya da en azından bir eritme prosesi döngüsü sırasında elektrik enerjisi üretilmektedir; - elektrikli ark fırınına (10) ıskarta demir ve/veya ıskarta çeliğin (hurda) (70) kırpılması için tahsis edilen bir kırpma sistemi (40) proses fırınından elde edilen elektrik enerjisiyle, sürekli olarak ya da en azından bir eritme prosesi döngüsü sırasında beslenmektedir. Verimlilik ve enerji tasarrufuyla ilgili olarak toplam enerji dengesi açısından yeni standartları belirleyen bu çelik üretim tesisiyle (1) son yılların trendleri istikrarlı bir şekilde takip edilmektedir.
