- Ansprüche1. Medikament zur Behandlung der diabetischen Nephropathie und/oder zur Verzögerung der Progression des chronischen Nierenversagens, das Emodin mit der folgenden allgemeinen Formel enthält:2. Medizinverbindung zur Verzögerung der Progression des chronischen Nierenversagens, die Emodin und Captopril enthält, wobei die allgemeine Formel des Emodins wie folgt lautet:CH:Verwendung des Medikaments gemäß Anspruch 1 bei der Behandlung der diabetischen Nephropathie und/oder zur Verzögerung der Progression des chronischen Nierenversagens, wobei die Dosierung des Emodins 100 bis 200 mg pro Tag beträgt.Verwendung der Medizinverbindung gemäß Anspruch 2 bei der Verzögerung der Progression des chronischen Nierenversagens, wobei die Dosierung des Emodins und Captroprils 100 bis 200 mg pro Tag bzw. 50 bis 150 mg pro Tag beträgt.Medizinverbindung gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei diese in Kapseln oder in wässriger Lösung für oral bereitgestellt wird.Anwendung von Emodin bei der Herstellung des Medikaments bei der Behandlung der diabetischen Nephropathie und/oder zur Verzögerung der Progression des chronischen Nierenversagens, worin das Emodin in der folgenden allgemeinen Formel gezeigt ist:7. Die Anwendung gemäß Anspruch 6, worin die Dosierung des Emodins 100 bis 200 mg pro Tag beträgt.8. Anwendung gemäß Anspruch 6 und Anspruch 7, worin das Medikament in Kapseln oder wässriger Lösung bereitgestellt wird.
