Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formartikeln und Flächenwaren aus einer Mischung, insbesondere einer Recyclingmischung, auf der Basis Gummimahlgut und Polyethylen, wobei die Herstellung der Polyethylen-Mahlgutmischung in folgenden Verfahrensschritten abläuft:
  • - das Polyethylen wird in einem auf etwa 120°C vorgewärmten Mischungskneter (Innenmischer) aufgeschmolzen und geknetet;
  • - nach ca. 3 Minuten Knetzeit wird das Mahlgut und gegebenenfalls die Zusatzstoffe (z. B. Ruß) dazugegeben, wobei der gesamte Knetvorgang ca. 5 bis 6 Minuten dauert;
  • - nach dem Auswurf aus dem Mischungskneter wird die Polyethylen-Mischung auf ein auf etwa 120°C vorgewärmtes Walzwerk gegeben und ca. 2 Minuten durchgearbeitet.
